Service manager David Englishman was the rudest self serving manager I've ever Dealt with when I was having a serious problem with my BRAND NEW JEEP WRANGLER..A serious problems jeeps have today that is serving manager I've ever Dealt with when I was having a serious problem with my BRAND NEW JEEP WRANGLER..A serious problems jeeps have today that is referred to as " JEEP,DEATH WABBLE" is what my car unfortunatly had going wrong....my car is obviously under warranty and this problem needed parts apparantky that is not covered by Mopar, who is the company who warranties their parts, andWhere they get their parts,they needed to get parts that Bertera had to pay for out of their pockets.which was not my concern, my concern was to drive a safe car again.if you go on line and watch the video for death wabble for jeeps it'll tell the whole story.there are actually law suits ior this problem..I was treated like I wanted something fixed for nothing.like I should of been grateful that they paid to get the parts needed to fix my vehicle . Nor should it have been to fix , My jeep wrangler.. all I heard was that they did more than they had to for my vehicle , not we asorry you had to experience a terrible faulty steering system that made you feel like every tire was gonna fall of your car while you were on the highway or wherever this happened. I should have been told we will fix this problem so hopefully you will never have to go thru this scary problem again!!! Dave Englishman from Chrysler Bertera Jeeo in West Springfield Mass was rude, disrespectful, unpleasant and didn't give two xxxxs about me feeling safe in the Jeep his company sold me.I told him how I felt about the way I was treated and he said he didn't care and oh well!! I will do my best to show everyone who wants a Jeep Chrysler or Dodge t never go to that dealership if they want the truth or honestly from Any of them exspecially Dave Englishman!! Pretty Good Betera provided us consistently strong service throughout our search with them. We went out for quotes with five dealerships total and they came back Betera provided us consistently strong service throughout our search with them. We went out for quotes with five dealerships total and they came back at least $2k below the competition. Something to note though is that they give you the bottom price and claim no additional room to negotiate period no matter the numerous attempts/strategies we used. There were a few minor communication errors that made our experience frustrating as lead times were longer than originally proposed by several weeks, but overall we got the car that we wanted and are extremely happy with our choice. Our salesman was new to the Jeep team, but reached out to his management when we had questions he couldn't answer which we appreciated. He was very friendly and tried to give us as much time as we needed to make sure we felt confident with our choices. More

Sold me a vehicle with serious safety issues! I bought a "Certified pre-owned" 2016 GMC Sierra from this dealership roughly seven months ago. I was the second owner of the vehicle and it had about I bought a "Certified pre-owned" 2016 GMC Sierra from this dealership roughly seven months ago. I was the second owner of the vehicle and it had about 30,000 miles. I purchased all of the maintenance packages and all of the upgrades available because I wanted to have a headache free driving experience. I spent far more than the vehicle was worth, simply for piece of mind. WELL! My first oil change comes up, and they return my vehicle with a quote for NEW tires. I couldn't believe my ears. I explained I've only had it for 6 months or so and I drive very cautiously, there's no way they are bad, unless they were bad when it was sold to me. Then I had to help them understand that it only had one owner before me and it was at 30,000 miles when I got it. The tires were still factory tires, they should have been changed when Bertera bought the vehicle. Secondly, before they sold me the vehicle, they should have advised me and done something then. Thirdly, when I go for service and they realize what happened, they should take responsibility. Three strikes and your out in my book. This is called CARELESSNESS. After a week of calling, Bertera finally responds with how they propose we move forward. They Offered me a good discount on the tires! I drove an unsafe vehicle for six months, having faith that they wouldn't put me into something that was on it's last leg(almost literally), you can see the braided fiber reinforcement beneath the rubber. Mind you, I left the vehicle inspection to Berteras "professionals", assuming they wouldn't sell me junk tires, that in turn, would put my safety at risk. I personally left the General Manager a message explained to him that I would give him opportunity to reconcile this before I do bad reviews and advise all my friends and family to beware of my experience. Just as I anticipated, no response. It's a week before they can even put the new discounted tires on. So not only did they not reconcile, they didn't even push my service priority up!? Flabbergasted! More

False Advertising! They sent me a letter claiming that they would give me so much for my truck and another so much in rebates. When I go there, the offered me $8,000 less than what the letter stated. talk about a classic bait and switch. when confronted about it, the general manager got upset and defensive. Needless to say that I won't be buying another car from them. It is really sad that you buy a brand new car and after only 2 years, they will give you less than half of what you paid for it, and expect you to feel like they are doing you a favor when they bump it up by $1,000. And to top it off, I asked for 2 items be added to the deal, they came back and told me that they would only do one, the other was on me and I had to choose. The total of both items was less than $800. Seriously? More
Yiu can't go there without added services I'm so done with Bertera. After purchasing 8 cars there, it's my last. Tried to sell me a COMPLETE brake job even though I had one in the past yea I'm so done with Bertera. After purchasing 8 cars there, it's my last. And, before that, $300 to replace all my 'stripped' lig nuts even though they are the only ones to rotate my tires. The sales have always been good, but for some reason the service dept took a nose dive around two years ago. The past few visits I've always felt like my wallet is being lifted. More
