I had a good experience at Betera. I appreciated the fact that Darryl didn't try to steer me towards something I didn't want. I expressed the target range of a payment I was comfortable with and specific that I was interested in an SUV. Well, the vehicle I was interested in was an SUV and I wound up buying a sedan mainly because it was the sensible choice not my first choice. Also the payment was $25 dollars over my price range. The car is nice and was a good deal. However, I would have appreciated the sales rep actually respecting the buyers request and not passing me off to someone else to sway my choice. He was not up front and it came off as a person trying to make a buck without regards of my input. More
John was spectacular to work with, he listened to what we were looking for and put us in a vehicle that was great for us and with in our budget. The experience of buying the new truck was enjoyable at the dealership. They worked hard to get the best deal. The was no unexpected issues at the signing. There was no pressure and we worked together for a couple of months until we could find the appropriate vehicle for me. We walked the lot and test drove 2 or 3 cars. Chris and the business office helped me to get the financing I required and at the same time heled to get my monthly payment within my budget. The customer servicce was always polite and honest. My first experience with Bertera, to be honest, was not good. I had issues with my car and was not a happy customer. The proverbial "bad taste" was in mouth. For whatever reason, the car I purchased was no good. I had issues with my car and was not a happy customer. The proverbial "bad taste" was in mouth. For whatever reason, the car I purchased was not 100% ready for use. I purchased a 2007 Acura TLS. However, Gabe and Bertera made everything right. I invested my personal time during my work week to make two trips to an Acura Dealer to rectify these issues. In working with Gabe, we fixed the problem(s) together. Gabe followed up with me with a personal phone call, and was professional and friendly. Things were not right with this transaction, however, Gabe made it right and that shows professionalism and excellent customer service. Nobody is perfect and I understand more than anyone that it takes a lot of work to make sure a large team of professionals are workiong together as one and are working towards a common goal. I fully understand that my salesperson was new and a few of these issues would have been rectified prior to me picking up the car upon finalizing the purchase. I am fully confident Jared will be a seasoned sales person under Gabe's guidance. I salute Bertera for making this situation right and look forward to dealing with them in the future. More

The salesman Andrew was great.The finance department was not.We were also very displeased with their policy of giving someone we spoke with the first time we went there some of the commission.We did not go not.We were also very displeased with their policy of giving someone we spoke with the first time we went there some of the commission.We did not go back and see that person for a reason.He was rude and shoved us out the door after just taking our name down.He did none of the footwork..Why should he get any commission from this sale?
