Service was done today for the rear sliding door lock. After leaving the dealership, went to get an inspection and it failed due to the check engine light being on. The service man at Bertera left grease on both front seats, inside doors, driver's side mat and floor trim. There was no grease inside this van as we just bought in on Thursday. Bad enough it didn't pass inspection due to work done but now grease to clean. They should have covered the floor and seats. I can't clean the mats myself and I shouldn't have to. They left me feeling like a slob. Waiting for a call for the windshield to be fixed. There's small chips on it. More

Marlon greeted us as we entered and asked what we were looking for. We replied that we wanted a used car. He showed us a 2009 Lincoln MKS that was very attractive and we took it for a test drive. We said we wished to stay under a certain amount and he worked with us to get the Sales Manager to agree to "almost" meet our price. The difference was minor and so we agreed. Marlon made sure the car was in good running condition and explained how to operate many of the confusing functions. He went out of his way to satisfy us and did not pressure us in any way. We would be pleased to buy another car from him in the future. Aubrey then took over and explained numerous papers which we then signed and completed the deal. Marlon noticed the seat adjustment switch panel was loose and arranged for the service department to fix it which they did very efficiently. All in all, it was a good shopping trip with no pressure or hassle. More
