I had a great experience at Bertera, I was treated with respect and my needs were considered and met. Chris was great to work with and very personable. The ease of the whole process was great. The only thing I would change was when I was done signing papers and my Jeep was detailed and reeady for me to take, Chris was out on a test drive with another customer and there were several othe sales staff available. I think Chris should of finished with my sale and delivery beforee taking on another customer. I waited for an hour for Chris to be able to finish with me after jeep was ready. I went in for routine maintenance on my Jeep, and because my passenger rear tire needed air every 3 weeks or so. All the work had been completed and there was a nail in my tire, which they fixed. Kathy checked me out, suggested when I should return for tire rotation, gave me a small booklet explaining when routine maintenance should be performed, and gave me a computer color printout exlaining what the servicemen had checked and the condition of everything. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you. More

After visiting several dealerships in the area (Balise toyota, Balise Chevy, Central Chevrolet, and also calling Pion in Chicopee, I decided to look at Bertera in West Springfield. To be honest I had avoi toyota, Balise Chevy, Central Chevrolet, and also calling Pion in Chicopee, I decided to look at Bertera in West Springfield. To be honest I had avoided Bertera in the past due to the amount of calling after an initial visit. I personally felt it was too much, coming across as pushy. In fact I purchased a 2009 G6 in Palmer and a 2011 dodge durango in Millbury because of this. However Dodge makes a very good product these days. _ I have always owned GM until recently - and Millbury is a good drive from Holyoke so I decided to stop in West Springfield regardless of the calls since I was certain to buy something very soon and I could just tell any salesman calling that I bought somewhere else anyway. The last time I visited Bertera in West Springfield I wasn't as certain of a purchase and ended up receiving just too many calls after my visit. In any case I felt some relief when I visited this recent time as I met Josh Smith who for some reason made me feel comfortable enough to explain my dissatisfaction in the past. The fact that he still called me afterwards was a little perplexing, but I believe he was just doing what has always been practiced and perhaps even over-enforced. Too make a long story short I feel that Bertera personnel at the very top need to give sales personnel a little leeway in determining who to call and how often. None of your fine salespeople complained. This is just an easy observation on my part. In closing, I will probably buy from Bertera In West Springfield again in spite of the over calling situation that will most likely continue. This because the of the quality of the people there.
