We are sorry that your experience was not up to your standards. We do everything possible to make sure our customers are provided for in these circumstances. We provided you with a comparable car to drive without charge while we both waited for the title to arrive. Your vehicle at the time was broken down at our facility and there were limited choices for your payment range and budget. As far as the deal on the car you purchased, we will refund your deposit and void this deal if you choose to. It is regrettable that you are voicing you displeasure only after we would not sell you our 2012 Dodge Caliber for the same price as the 2008 Dodge Caliber you purchased.
