On Nov 24th 2012 I was interested in ordering a new 2013 Jeep Wrangler. I had decided that it would be the best towable vehicle for my new Motorhome. I wanted to get more use out of it, so I wanted a plow o Jeep Wrangler. I had decided that it would be the best towable vehicle for my new Motorhome. I wanted to get more use out of it, so I wanted a plow on it along with the tow bar. I’ve been a business owner for over 40 years and own 3 businesses. I don’t have the time to try and get the plow & towing packages installed, so I wanted to find a dealer that could do it all for me. I decided to send emails to all the dealers from Springfield, Ma. almost to Boston. I asked them to get me a price and a new Jeep Wrangler with a towing package and plow package installed. I told them that I was paying cash and was definitely going to buy. A most of the dealers said that it was impossible for them to do that and just wanted to sell me the Jeep. There were 2 dealers that decided to try Bertera & Metro. Ross LeBlanc of Bertera Chrysler Jeep of West Springfield, Ma. really jumped right into it and totally impressed me with his enthusiasm. He is a young man and hasn’t been with the company very long. He consulted with his manager Mike Kuzdzal for help on putting the whole package together. Because of Ross’s enthusiasm, patience, and constant email contact with me, I was confident in purchasing the vehicle from him. The Jeep is now being worked on at Springfield Truck and Ross is keeping me updated. We all should know, especially in this economy, the need to be above customer expectations to survive. I understand that I was asking for a lot more from a dealer than they typically need to do, and Ross stood out above all the rest. We all need employees that can take the customer service steps beyond the norm. My wife and I are members of several organizations including Rotary International, and Chamber Of Commerce Board of Directors. God awful to deal with once car is purchased. Bought my 2011 jeep grand Cherokee Overland and within 5 months of owning the vehicle both key fobs started to not be detected by the vehicle , brought in for 2011 jeep grand Cherokee Overland and within 5 months of owning the vehicle both key fobs started to not be detected by the vehicle , brought in for oil change told them about the keys and they want to charge me $120.00 per key! I have owned the car for 5 months! This is a shop that once you buy the car from them all the helpfulness and friendliness is out the window and its more of how can we milk you for more money!!!
