Bertera Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram responded

As written by the consumer, Bertera seems like the big bad wolf but as we all know there are two sides to every story. On January 24th, the customer came in and made a decision to lease a vehicle. She requested that Bertera add aftermarket leather seats to the vehicle. Bertera had the leather seats installed and made the customer aware that the Jeep was complete and registered for the customer to take delivery on January 27th. On 1/28/13, a very confrontational man identified as the customer’s boyfriend came to the dealership and got argumentative with John Lewis the Sales Manager. John then got the General Manager who sat with the customer and explained that (Bertera) had already installed the leather seats and registered the vehicle. When the customers heard that Bertera could not do what they what they asked and they were not going to get the result they were looking for, the boyfriend of the buyer dragged the customer forcefully from the dealership shouting obscenities.
