Yet again another great experience with Bertera Just traded my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in on a 2017 Ram 1500, This makes Vehicle No. 3 for us from this dealership, as we have always felt they t Just traded my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in on a 2017 Ram 1500, This makes Vehicle No. 3 for us from this dealership, as we have always felt they treat customers better! We were met in the lot by Carlos (I recommend him highly) who spent quite a bit of time with us as we viewed / drove several trucks prior to making a decision. The process was straight forward, honest and we are always treated with respect at this dealership. Need to also put a word in for the service dept, I have never had a complaint with a history going back to 2005 with dodge / Jeep service center repairs. More

I stood in service office for about a half hour before being attended to, even with an appointment. I have extended guarantee on my car which includes a rental, never placed in a rental. Due to "winter storm" earlier that week, they gave me the excuse of them being behind and my car was not looked at till the 4th day there, mind you still without a ride. Lady stated that if i wanted a rental it would be at my own expense. Got a call on that day to tell me that i was at fault for the broken part and my guarantee would not cover it, when there was no reason or way for the driver to be at fault for anything. Kathy in the front desk was a nice lady until i told her I wasn't going to further need their services. Not a pleasant experience at all! Would of saved me alot of stress bringing it to my original service mechanic, brought my car on tuesday, was placed on a rental car within a few minutes , by tuesday afternoon got a call back, part and service covered under my guarantee (and rental too!).... should have my car within a day or too back on the road. More

Rocky Start First, let me say the sales guy, John Childers (JC), is great. Very professional, courteous and respectful. I drive my new Larado away pretty happy. I called my sales guy who plugged me into the service dept. The rudest lady spoke to me not offering solutions only curt replies offering a vague opening in a few days and certainly no loaner was available. Got a loaner from JC and now awaiting solution. ....more to come JG More

I was greeted by Sandy and she introduced me to the salesman who took me through the processes of test driving, negotiation, bargain and then paperwork. Ryan, I know you have a tough job -- to win the car buyer's confidence every time. I didn't want to make it a drawn out deal so I accepted your offer, and thank you for your honesty. And Aubrey, we retired servicemen have a connection that is bar none a comraderie. Thank you for some of the levity while getting through the mounds of paperwork. BC More

He just calmly said ok and asked me some questions about what I might be looking for. He wasn't pushy or arrogant or obnoxious like I expected. He tried to answer every question I asked and was extremely patient when I was unspecific and unclear about whether I was even going to purchase or not. After several visits and with Darryl's assistance, I bought something I liked. He made the entire process less intimidating. I am a pleased customer. More

But the sales manager there now rude unprofessional. I am done with them now. Customer loyalty means nothing to them. I know I am just a small fish in a big pond. I didn't agree to buy a car because I wanted to check out another dealership as they didn't have the color options I wanted and he became rude and arrogant. I have never been treated that way by any sales manager in any dealership. I know its high pressure but to be that un-proffesional is completely uncalled for . Do not deal with this sales manager - go somewhere you will be treated the way you deserve More
Pressured I came here to trade in a vehicle I owed no money on and really had no problems with. I just wanted to purchase a newer, nicer car-my first real vehic I came here to trade in a vehicle I owed no money on and really had no problems with. I just wanted to purchase a newer, nicer car-my first real vehicle purchase. I won't mention the name of the salesman I worked with, but at first I thought he was trying to be extremely helpful. By the end of the day, I was feeling pressured. He said he would give me the monthly price I was looking for if I signed for the car that night. I wish I had put the brakes on and thought it through a bit more. The car wasn't in perfect condition and due to traffic I wasn't able to take it on the highway. I hadn't properly researched it. Needless to say, I signed the paperwork. This was in October. 3 months later and I have already put about $300 into it. It needed 2 new tires, a wheel balancing and alignment, and one of the rims is bent. I also don't feel safe driving it on the highway since there seems to be some sort of fuel miss-feed. I feel like I've already poured more money than I should have into a vehicle I had JUST purchased. I hope to sell this car soon and find something safer and without so much hassle. I will not be returning to this dealership. More
