Purchased a used 2007 Chevy Colorado 4wd lt3 Crew Cab. Dealth With Trevor. Upon pickup of vehicle, noticed that it needed a blower fan resistor. Had replaced on the spot. Took vehicle home. I moved to florida, on the drive down I noticed that the same problem happened. Called trevor immediately to get this under Bertera warranty and sure enough they were willing to fix it, even out of state. Contacted a chevy dealership down here, Bertera cut the check to have the work performed. I love my truck, would purchase from bertera, specifically trevor again. More

I've been looking around for a new car for a few months. The car I was driving is still running fine so I was in no big hurry. I saw a 2009 Chevy Cobalt online at Bertera and decided to go down and look at it. I really liked the car and after speaking with the sales rep. Trevor Smart, I decided to purchase the vehicle. Trevor made sure I knew exactly what I was buying (explained everything from the air bags to the sound system and even showed me the kbb value of the car online) and that I was happy with it. The people who wrote the negative reviews on this site are either overly critical or slightly delusional. If you want a low payment for a vehicle, it's a good idea to do your research first. A sales rep can't magically improve your credit so you can drive a Hummer for less than $300 a month. Be realistic and do the math yourself. It's not their fault that you "need" to drive a car that's out of your price range. I'm a young female (the exact person whom you think would be "taken advantage" of during a car deal) and I never once felt uncomfortable or pressured into buying anything. My husband was displeased with the service at Bertera prior to this as well (due to an experience years ago). After dealing with the sales and finance staff this time, he has changed his mind. I left with a nice, quality car and my two year old left with a cookie. Good experience for all of us! If any of my friends or family are looking for new vehicles in the future, I will definitely recommend Bertera! More
I STARTED MY SEARCH ON THE COMPUTER AND ENDED WITH A QUICK RESPOSE FROM BERTERA CHEVROLET IN PALMER. WE SAT WITH MATT AND HE DETERMINED WHAT I SHOULD BE LOOKING AT IN A USED 4X4 VEHICLE. AFTER LOOKING QUICK RESPOSE FROM BERTERA CHEVROLET IN PALMER. WE SAT WITH MATT AND HE DETERMINED WHAT I SHOULD BE LOOKING AT IN A USED 4X4 VEHICLE. AFTER LOOKING AT THREE VEHICLES THE THIRD WAS A GEM. WE CHOSE A GMC ENVOY WITH A DENALI PACKAGE AND LOW MILES. A CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED VEHICLE DOCUMENTED WITH A CARFAX WHICH MEANT ALOT TO ME. Started with an online search and Bob (internet sales) responded to our inquiry. Went later that evening to test drive the car and was directed to Brian Hall who took us out for a test drive. Personally, I am a Toyota person but my boyfriend is a GM kind of guy. I was very impressed with how the car test drove. Brian was very friendly and very patient with us during the drive and setting up a sales agreement. Brian took a lot of ribbing and was a very good sport about it all. My friend was pretty upset and nervous abouting getting into a car loan again during these trying financial time. Brian and Bob worked well with the loan service people and my friend was able to purchase a quality car at a price/payment that was not only affordable to him but that left him feeling like he didn't get raked over the coals! He believes that it is probably the first experience he has had at his old age...lol..that left him feeling good about his decision, the car and the sales person that helped make it possible. Brian Hall for President?...... well...... jury is still out on that! Great Experience overall. We'd be happy to recommend or buy again....if they had Toyota's that is....Kathy MacGray on behalf of Glen Levitre..... He was very happy! let me start by saying im a very busy person and normally wouldnt take the time to write that i was happy with my car buying experience. BUT this wasnt just buying a new car, this was much more personal for wouldnt take the time to write that i was happy with my car buying experience. I went to bertera after making phone calls to several dealers looking to trade in my motorcycle for a truck, as sometimes life changes and could no longer afford the bike. i was completely upside down in the loan for not putting any down, i work for myself and had no pay stubs to show, but did have a good credit rating. i explained all this to every dealer and three responded. one said they could give me a maximum of 2500 for my bike(ha), another dealer wouldnt even take it after i mentioned the negative equity. it was imperative that i purchased a truck before winter and also to get out of my horrible motorcycle loan (19.9%) dont fall for intro rates! nonetheless i asked for 4000 for my bike in trade(shooting a little high i thought), and after calling a few places told me they were happy to tell me they could offer me 4500. and im no dummy, that was well above nada and kbb value. of course this was welcomed news, and i checked out a few trucks. i came back the next day with my bike and they crunched and twisted the numbers until we were all blue in the face, but finally were able to get me into a really nice truck, for exactly what i wanted to pay a month, and my rate went down to 7.9%. they WILL go the extra mile to make a sale, i highly recommed this dealer to anyone. and trust me i have dealt with my share of car and motorcycle dealers, these guys are straight shooters and dont have any incentive to nickel and dime you. so they dont. i will be forever thankful that i was able to get out of that crazy bike loan and now have a reliable 4X4 truck. they also were told that i needed the truck asap and they certainly did their part, even giving me a loaner for a few days while i waited for my title to come in. do yourself a favor and go talk to matt, you wont be disappointed More
My wife needed a new car. After waiting a few weeks (for money to come in) we drove 1-1/2 hours to go check it out. It was (is) absolutely gorgeous. Long story short, Trevor helped get us into a car we love at a price we can afford. He stayed long after closing time to make sure that we were taken care of. They even worked out a deal with us when there was trouble getting the title for our trade. We want to thank Trevor and everyone else that stayed late and worked hard to get us the car we needed! More
