Went to test drive a car, loved it and took it home the same day! The whole staff at Bertera was very friendly and attentive. I actually had my 5-year old daughter with me for the entire time. My ratings were not all 5's because there was a long period of wait time to gather paper work. The fact that the business was flowing with customers is undrstandable but, I think they could of been a li period of wait time to gather paper work. I went to Bertera chev. because i was looking to trade in my truck if i found the right vehicle. I had seen this jeep on the lot every day as i drove to work, so i stopped and asked AJ if i could look at the my truck if i found the right vehicle.
