I am doing this review as a result of my experiences at Bertera over several years. He bends over backwards to make sure that appointments are honored, the work is done as specified, and any estimates are really on the mark ( no oops factor). Very friendly sales and service staff helped me get into a nice 2013 Chevy Cruze. Bryant Biccum was very pleasant to work with and Vinnie in finance answered several questions I had. Jeremy was in one word excellent. He was personable and really worked with us on the price. We went on a weekend and it was very busy. The furniture is extremely comfortable and they have two huge televisions for you to watch so if it's a little busy and you have to wait DON'T LEAVE because they will make it worth your wait. I can't say anything bad about anyone there. Jeremy was the best salesman I think we have ever had. Vinny talked to us about the financing and he was also very personable. Even the General Manager came over to us a couple times to make sure everything was okay. Our credit was not the best but they worked with us. We went to a car dealership that was closer to our home before we went to Bertera and although the salesman was friendly they did not work with us. The salesman there said that the supposed deal he was giving us was the best and that we wouldn't get a better deal anywhere else. He told us that all car dealerships go through the same banks and have the same options. Well, he was wrong and shouldn't have told us that because Bertera does have better deals and more options. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience! I purchased my car here from Mark Williams. I went to Bertera Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle and brought along my girlfriend. He seemed like a nice guy, we took a test here from Mark Williams. I went to Bertera Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle and brought along my girlfriend. He seemed like a nice guy, we took a test drive and I ended up purchasing an '09 Toyota Corolla. I signed all of the paperwork, had my girlfriend co-sign, and we were on our way. They told me it would be a day or two until I would have my car.... that turned into three or four days fairly quickly. Then, as I was reading the fine print on the paperwork, Mark had signed me up for an extended 2 year warranty WITHOUT telling me. I was also persuaded into purchasing gap insurance and was told I could cancel it at any time. The two year warranty ALONE tacked on about an extra $2,000, so I went down there and was furious. Yes it was partially my fault, but he should have at least mentioned that I was receiving the warranty. I asked him why the paper I was signing said ~$14,000 not ~$12,000, and he told me "It just looks better at the bank, don't worry we're not charging you ~$14,000, it will be $12,000". When I realized what this crook did, I called and called and could never get to anyone who could help me. I had 30 days to cancel my extended warranty, so about one week after purchasing the car I had to drive down to the dealership, and tell them I wanted to cancel BOTH the extended warranty AND gap insurance. I signed the paperwork, and they supposedly sent the information of the cancellation to the bank I received my car loan from. HAH! I STILL HAVEN'T SEEN A REDUCTION IN THE AMOUNT OWED FOR MY CAR. It's been MONTHS. I assume as soon as I signed the papers to cancel the warranty and gap insurance they just threw the paper away. I left NUMEROUS voicemails about my issue, and had been told by the receptionist that someone would get back to me. Its been months now. DO NOT make the same mistake I did. This guy knew I was a sucker and boy did they royally screw me over. If they make things right, then I'll take down my reviews, but I'm still paying for a warranty and gap insurance that I have already cancelled. Who knows, I probably don't even have the coverage and I'm paying for it. More
When I went to Bertera I was very satisfied with the customer service that I had received from Marc. He listened to my many needs and wants, and showed me different vehicles that fit what I had describ customer service that I had received from Marc. Marc did not pressure me to hurry up and get into a car, we took our time looking and driving until I finally found the car that I wanted. My overall experience at this dealership, and with Marc, was more than I could have asked for or even imagined. I would recommend Bertera to anyone I know that is looking for a car. More

The professionalism kept it smooth like wax on a grinding rail. Bertera is a benchmark for all other dealers around. Laudably efficient in producing a satisfied cutomer. My sales consultant David Greenlaw was vicariously patient, candid, and dexterous. My intuition is that it is a well oiled car dealership with accomplished benevolent workers. More
I was in the market to purchase a small 4X4 truck and saw a used Chevy Colorado for sale at the dealership. Since I live about 40 minutes away, I called the dealership to make sure the truck was still avail a used Chevy Colorado for sale at the dealership. After waiting about 1/2 hour for a sales person, I was told that the truck I was interested in was sold the day before, but that they had another similar truck available for about $4,000 more. This was the classic bait and switch routine, so I left there and bought a truck and another dealership. More
Bertera is by far the best dealership in MA. I am lucky enough to have recently bought my dreamcar from them. An all black w/ black interior 2013 Camaro 2SS. It drives so nice its ridiculous not to mention looks very cool. My wife and I stopped by the other dealerships in MA and compared prices and salespeople. Nobody could beat the price at Bertera and nobody new more about the car than them [They were super nice too!]. The salesman that helped us was Paul Figueiredo. He was awesome, so nice and patient and explained everything to us not to mention got us and awesome rate on the car loan. They didnt have the car I wanted on the lot so he helped us order one from the factory. It came in right when he said it would and was in perfect condition. Paul sat with my wife and I and went over all the features of the car and how they functioned, he knew everything about the interior and the engine. We felt very comfortable driving it home after he told us so much about it and how to take good care of it. I can't thank Paul and Bertera enough for helping me buy my car! Overall you cant go wrong buying from Bertera they really are the best!!! More
Bryant was exstremely curtiuos and friendly. I was there about 4 hours trying to put the deal to bed but, unfortunately my "not so good credit" hurt me. They did get me financed but, I didn't like the % rate due to my credit (not their fault).Jeff, the sales Mgr. stepped in to help with the deal( Jeff and I hit it off,telling war stories and so forth-I have been in sales all my life. He is a first class guy also).Let me say one thing. The horror stories you hear about purchasing a vehicle DO NOT EXIT HERE! I may have spent 4 hours there but, I litterally had a ball with Bryant and Jeff. More Bryant than Jeff--just kidding-sorry Jeff-had to do it! I highly recommend this dealership and their employees for your future purchase. For me to say this about anyone is a very tall order for me. Go there and ENJOY your next purchase. Kevin Hatfield More
