Drake and the his supervisors in the sales team pretty much will tell you what you want to hear like telling you they will honor GM offers then when negotiations start flat out tell you no we’re not going much will tell you what you want to hear like telling you they will honor GM offers then when negotiations start flat out tell you no we’re not going to honor them and this is the price take it or leave it. Then they tack things on the end of the sale wether you want them or not. Then two days after buying my truck I realized I didn’t get a state inspection sticker that I paid for and they never told me they couldn’t do it. So I paid for it again I’m supposed to be getting a refund from them but I won’t hold my breath. Although I’m happy with my Chevy I am absolutely not happy with their sales process. THEY FLAT OUT DON’T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS!!! I will never buy another vehicle from them again. Had I not needed the truck after waiting on one for weeks I would have told them where they could put the truck. I prefer someone tell me there going to screw me to my face then lie to me. More

Our salesman Matt was exceptional. He listened very very good to what I was looking for and he said "I have just the car for you". I was already interested in the Chevy Trailblazer but He listened very very good to what I was looking for and he said "I have just the car for you". I was already interested in the Chevy Trailblazer but I had no idea just how amazing this car is and all it has to offer me. The entire process on both days took us past closing hours and that was no problem. All the paperwork, title, registration, inspection sticker, everything was all done by Matt and I went back the second day to pick up my new car and that day also ran past closing hours. I loved the entire experience of getting a new car with Bertera in Palmer Ma. I would recommend anyone that wants to have a great experience, go to Palmer, MA to Bertera Chevrolet and ask for MATT. I recently purchased a 2021 Chevy Equinox and returned it after six days of having it.I had put down on the vehicle $13,000.00 down payment for it.Decided to purchase a 2023 Chevy Trailblazer and it cost me after six days of having it.I had put down on the vehicle $13,000.00 down payment for it.Decided to purchase a 2023 Chevy Trailblazer and it cost me another $2,600.00 down payment.The $13,000.00 that was put as a down payment for the Chevy Equinox was never mentioned for the purchase of the Chevy Trailblazer.Zachary Urekew was the sales agent and never mentioned anything about it.I really feel that I was robbed of the of the $13,000.00.It’s very sad that you can get away with robbery.This is the way you treat a returning customer.In my opinion you’re on the worst as a car dealership.
