i was recommended to this dealership from a coworker and was surprised at how great my experience was. I usually felt very pushed around by car salesmen in previous attempts but i never felt that with Dave. was surprised at how great my experience was. I was planning on trading in my truck which i loved greatly for a more gas dependable vehicle. i have two children aged two and 9 months so money is very tight. Dave understood that and ended up bringing up a car which i had thought of was a decent car even without telling him. He was a great person to talk to and was never trying to rush me. i actually spent 6 hours working with him on a car for me and my family and he never got irritated with me even though i am a very picky person. Horrible experience of buying car from Bartera Chevrolet. Day 1 of driving, came to know car is vibrating. As it was an used car, got only 30 days of warranty, went couple of times to service center to get t Day 1 of driving, came to know car is vibrating. As it was an used car, got only 30 days of warranty, went couple of times to service center to get that fixed, problem didn't get solved. Now another problem with car, struts issue which needs to be replaced which is not a cheap part to be replaced. Just 1 month over from the day I bought, another issue in the front part today, it was hard to drive, tied the front with rope from highway and reached home. This is my worst experience of life. I would never ever recommend to buy any used car from Bartera Chevrolet. I am feeling like I bought a garbage from there which needs to be trashed in few days. More

At the end of January 2013, Bob Canning tried very hard to get me a newer car. But unfortunately my credit score and report had some problems, and no transactions transpired. Brian Hall is an excellent to get me a newer car. But unfortunately my credit score and report had some problems, and no transactions transpired. Brian Hall is an excellent salesman and was the one who was able to get me my 2009 Chevy Cobalt LT which is a wonderful car in 11/2010. Jay Freeman did call to explain about the circumstances of Bertera's position with the banks and an error/black mark on my credit report which was the reason Bertera was unable to help me. So I am satisfied with my '09 Cobalt and hopefully my credit report will improve in the future. Thank you! More

My husband and I found Felix to be very friendly and very knowledgeable about the type of used car that we were looking for. He seemed to be very honest and was not pushy.
