This is by far the worst experience I have had a car dealership. I drove 90 minutes to the location because I was interested in a Chevorlet Impala and they had reached out to me to tell me they could probably offer me more for my vehicle because they had a potential buyer for my trade in. I found out while I was there that this is not how they do this, but instead sell all of their honda's to another dealer. When I looked at their sticker price for the vehicle I wanted and quoted them the price auto trader had given me for my trade in, the manager called me unreasonable when I was looking to pay slightly below the difference of the two. He insisted he was offering me a great deal because he was selling me his vehicle for thousands less than his competitors. While this is kind of true I was also informed that because of the 'great rate' the tires on the vehicle would be barely inspectable unless I wanted to give him $400 more. What's probably the most bothersome is that while the imperfection in my bumper was the reason he insisted my trade in vehicle was worth $800 (more than 10%) less I was told that the dent in the bumper of the vehicle I was considering buying was par for the course. In short, horrible customer service. Avoid at all cost! More
Jeremy was a great salesman to work with while buying a new car. He was very upfront with all costs and nothing was left hidden or unsaid just to get us to the dealership. He definitely gave us a great p new car. He was very upfront with all costs and nothing was left hidden or unsaid just to get us to the dealership. He definitely gave us a great price and worked to make sure all of our needs were met for the car. He also helped get us as much for our trade in as possible. Definitely worth the trip to MA for a great car buying experience. More
I came into the dealership looking to trade in my vehicle for something newer. Paul was very patient with me and my wrecking crew, as I had my two young boys in tow. Our first visit, we checked out a few c for something newer. Paul was very patient with me and my wrecking crew, as I had my two young boys in tow. Our first visit, we checked out a few cars, test drove a couple, nothing jumped out at me. In the weeks that followed, Paul kept in touch to let me know what was coming in and to try to narrow down what I was looking for, which I wasn't even sure of. After monitoring the online inventory, I went back to the dealership to test drive a Malibu. I decided on a used 2012 LT, which I financed through the dealership and picked up last Friday. Overall, I am very happy with the experience, with one exception - I specifically wanted a vehicle with Bluetooth, and was told this vehicle did have it. However, it does not. While I am disappointed it lacks that option, again, overall it was a good experience and I would likely purchase another car from Paul & Bertera. More

Jay Freeman assisted Bryant in his seach for my new vehicle. They ended up coming across a vehicle that was recently brought in that was used, it was in my price range and had a lot of what I was looking for. Both gentleman were very personalble and friendly. Exellent lines of communication. I would refer others to the dealership as well as get another car from them in the future. More

He got us the exact vehicle we needed to fit our large family a 7 passenger dodge Durango. We had some minor issues with the truck which required us to return to the service department 5 times within the first week but they were extremely helpful considering the problems we had with the Durango and its been running flawlessly since! To begin my wife and my experience at Bertera Chevrolet, we were met at the door promptly by the greeter with a warm friendly smile. He immediately grabbed up a salesperson to help us he introduced the salesperson as Jeremy then introduced us to Jeremy using the names we gave him (very clearly). Jeremy, then stared at my wife for a good 4 seconds says what was your name she responded with her name then she looked at me and mouthed that was weird. We followed him to Brian Halls desk where we were met by Bob Canning after about 5 minutes. Bob explained Jeremy would be making the sale today and He Would Oversee it. Remember that. Jeremy, then left us at the desk after being asked if we wanted a drink for over 20 min. He finally comes back asks us a few questions and said he will be right back with the car. He diapered for another 10 to 15 min looking for the keys . You would think if you had someone coming to look at a certain car you would have the paperwork and keys located ( we had talked with someone the day before about coming in to look at the car) . He finally got everything in order and we look at the car now mind you it said nowhere in the description that the entire length of the car had been keyed or that the door was dented or that the fender flair was secured with a round head wood screw. Now if you were showing a car, would you have the the same model cars paperwork handy in case they were not interested in first car shown. Nope not them this guy. Jeremy got lost looking for that information until we decided to leave. He sees us leaving and brings out another man, who I assume to be a manger of some sort (he didn't introduce himself). This new guy decides to take the why won't you buy this car from me approach. He couldn't accept the fact that We didn't want a car that had been in an accident. Anyways, he was aggressive in his approach I didn't like him. And to top it all off remember when I said remember this ....yea.....by the way wheres Bob? More
