My husband and I came here after doing a lot of research online. I am very pleased with the overall service I received from Bertera Chevrolet. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. I have to admit that I've always been very skeptical about going into a dealership to buy a car because I always felt I was at a disadvantage due to lack of knowledge and I never knew anyone that had a really exceptional car buying experience, which gave me a poor attitude towards it. Now I am happy to say that I had a great experience with it at Bertera Chevrolet. I went there knowing what I wanted and not thinking I could get but I was very wrong. The staff was so knowledgable and helpful and they exceded my expectations. I would definately recommend this dealership to friends. More
We went to Bertera after shopping around at other dealers. We checked their online inventory and saw a couple of vehicles we were interested in. When we got to the dealership, we were met by a friend dealers. We checked their online inventory and saw a couple of vehicles we were interested in. When we got to the dealership, we were met by a friendly receptionist and Dave Greenlaw. Dave took the time to go over our options and helped us decide what would work best with our budget and our family. He was friendly, understanding and realistic. He didn't try to sell us something that we wouldn't be able to afford or that would not meet our needs. His low pressure, customer first, sales approach made our car buying experience enjoyable. The next time we need a new vehicle we will go back and see Dave Greenlaw at Bertera. More
Brian was a pleasure to work with. Guided me through the process and ensured I was being well taken care of. He answered all my questions (he is a very knowledgeable person) I felt extremely comfortable wit process and ensured I was being well taken care of. He made me feel so comfortable with my purchase that next time I purchase a vehicle it will be with him and him only. Not only was Brian full of knowledge, he was just a genuinely happy person and you could tell he loved what he was doing- he took great pride in it. I will HIGHLY recommend Brian to my friends and family and he will be my go to person for ANY car needs for my family. He is a great asset to your sales team and I hope you guys appreciate him like my family does. This was the worse experience I ever had buying a car and I have bought plenty. I was quoted a price and year and when paperwork was done it was an older model then was presented. This was after being there I have bought plenty. I was quoted a price and year and when paperwork was done it was an older model then was presented. This was after being there several hours and just down right tired. I point out the discrepancies the next morning and pull out of that deal and crazy me I should have ran away then, but no I let them talk me into trying to make things right. They find me another car I'm ok with, until I go to pick it up and it had tinted windows on it and it was removed without my permission or knowledge. I wanted the tint it was a selling point. Then the air low light was on, they said one tire was low they filled, 3,000 miles later the light is on again we bring it in they say there is a nail in the same tire (obviously there previous since we picked up the car with low air in that tire) but we have to pay to have it fixed. Then we were told about their wonderful tires for life as long as you have oil changes and tire rotated there I asked up front that would be I was told about 30 something dollars, go for the 1st oil change and $70 later, the oil change, tire rotation where priced seperetly and you have to pay their hourly rate to have work done. Who the xxxx would continue to do that when you can go have oil change and tires rotated and fluids topped of for $35 somewhere else, SOO in the long run you pay for your tires. No have had the vehicle 2 months and it needs breaks already, so someone tell me that they didn't need them when we bought the car. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! Never again Best customer service ever Sarat Ford in Agawam I should never went anywhere else they truely take care of you, and have your back even after you drive off the lot! I will NEVER buy another car from here and NEVER recommend to others. More
My husband and I recently went to Bertera to buy a used car for our family. We had been to 2 other dealerships before making the trip to Palmer, as we live in Western Massachusetts. I would absolutely buy another car here and will recommend it to my family and friends. We were greeted politely and professionally within minutes of walking through the door. We told Carl what we were looking for and, literally 10 minutes later, we were standing in front of 2 cars exactly like we wanted -right down to the color! With hassle-free, quick and courteous service, we paid a fair price and drove our lovely "new-to-us" civic home that day. There was no pressure - just excellent service. My husband and I are arguing about who gets to drive the kids to school! More

We chose Bertera Chevrolet because it had a Jeep that we were looking for at a good price, with low mileage. It is our 3rd Jeep and our 1st time buying used.
