He made me feel so comfortable with my purchase that next time I purchase a vehicle it will be with him and him only. Not only was Brian full of knowledge, he was just a genuinely happy person and you could tell he loved what he was doing- he took great pride in it. I will HIGHLY recommend Brian to my friends and family and he will be my go to person for ANY car needs for my family. He is a great asset to your sales team and I hope you guys appreciate him like my family does. My husband and I recently went to Bertera to buy a used car for our family. We had been to 2 other dealerships before making the trip to Palmer, as we live in Western Massachusetts. I would absolutely buy another car here and will recommend it to my family and friends. We were greeted politely and professionally within minutes of walking through the door. We told Carl what we were looking for and, literally 10 minutes later, we were standing in front of 2 cars exactly like we wanted -right down to the color! With hassle-free, quick and courteous service, we paid a fair price and drove our lovely "new-to-us" civic home that day. There was no pressure - just excellent service. My husband and I are arguing about who gets to drive the kids to school! More
This was the worse experience I ever had buying a car and I have bought plenty. I was quoted a price and year and when paperwork was done it was an older model then was presented. This was after being there several hours and just down right tired. I point out the discrepancies the next morning and pull out of that deal and crazy me I should have ran away then, but no I let them talk me into trying to make things right. They find me another car I'm ok with, until I go to pick it up and it had tinted windows on it and it was removed without my permission or knowledge. I wanted the tint it was a selling point. Then the air low light was on, they said one tire was low they filled, 3,000 miles later the light is on again we bring it in they say there is a nail in the same tire (obviously there previous since we picked up the car with low air in that tire) but we have to pay to have it fixed. Then we were told about their wonderful tires for life as long as you have oil changes and tire rotated there I asked up front that would be I was told about 30 something dollars, go for the 1st oil change and $70 later, the oil change, tire rotation where priced seperetly and you have to pay their hourly rate to have work done. Who the xxxx would continue to do that when you can go have oil change and tires rotated and fluids topped of for $35 somewhere else, SOO in the long run you pay for your tires. No have had the vehicle 2 months and it needs breaks already, so someone tell me that they didn't need them when we bought the car. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! Never again Best customer service ever Sarat Ford in Agawam I should never went anywhere else they truely take care of you, and have your back even after you drive off the lot! I will NEVER buy another car from here and NEVER recommend to others. More

We chose Bertera Chevrolet because it had a Jeep that we were looking for at a good price, with low mileage. It is our 3rd Jeep and our 1st time buying used. I have bought my car at this dealer in Palmer and about that process I don't have nothing to say...But about the service, that's totally a different story! I had a problem with the drivers door, so I took that process I don't have nothing to say...But about the service, that's totally a different story! I had a problem with the drivers door, so I took the car to the dealer so that they could se the problem. So, 30 minutes later with the car at the service, I was told that the door actuator was broken and to fix the problem they would need to order a new one from Infiniti because they didn't had one in the moment ... So they told me the price to see what I wanted to do yada yada... For that part (the actuator) 700.00 plus 2 hour labor 120 an hour, they would give me my car fixed. I didn't like it the way all those numbers came up, but still I decided to go through and payed for a 45 minute service 120 dollars and had them order the part needed ...After two days off no one calling me from Bertera about the part, I decided to put my hands at work and try to fix the problem myself (WE NEVER NO...). And what a big surprise I fixed the door in less then 30 minutes with something really simple with the door handle.(HOW I FIXED NOT REALLY IMPORTANT FOR THIS ISSUE) . I didn't had to buy anything, since nothing was broken with the door and I only toke 30 minutes because I was not familiar with this line of WORK...I did the total off 3 services in my car (oil changes etc. ) small stuff at Berteras since a purchase the car there, and I start having my doubts now about the synthetic oil that I ask for, the cabine filters changed or not? I mean a lot of stuff ...That's all I gotta say for now. More

I have a 2002 Impala that I had brought to Bertera Chevy a month ago for the first time to try and diagnose a recurring issue with my lights that wasn't happening at that time. Unfortunately, they were not a month ago for the first time to try and diagnose a recurring issue with my lights that wasn't happening at that time. Unfortunately, they were not able to get the problem to duplicate although they made a valiant effort and they did not charge me for the effort, which I was pleasantly surprised by and grateful that they didn't charge me. I remembered that kindness today when I had developed a problem with my car last night that still was happening this morning where it didn't seem to want to move very fast even though the engine was revving just fine and I was afraid I might have a transmission issue. I called and spoke to Jeoff Hoyt, who was very friendly and told me that if I could drive the vehicle there now, then they could take a look at it immediately for me. I limped it there, left the car to be diagnosed and asked Jeoff to call me when they found something out. Within 15 min. of arriving home from dropping it off, I got a call from Jeoff telling me that my car needed to have the catalytic converter replaced on it. He offered me two options, the second of which was an after-market part from Napa that if he could get it there, he could have the vehicle repaired before they closed. I gave him the go ahead and an hour later, I received a call saying it was all fixed and had been tested and was ready to be picked up. We discussed the price, and I found the total of the bill to be very acceptable. Twenty minutes later, I arrived to the dealership, and I must pause to say that as I walked in, all of the employees I encountered were very friendly and said hello to me, which I thought was very nice. The manager from the sales floor, who I am sorry to say I didn't catch his name, came in to help Jeoff process my checks and was very helpful and nice to me. I thanked them all and I do wish them a very Happy Thanksgiving at Bertera Chevrolet! I cannot remember the last time I was able to call a dealership, get my car in on the spot, have it diagnosed and repaired in such a short time for such a reasonable price. You made my and my husband's lives much easier as he does most of our repairs and with Thanksgiving around the corner, we were depending on this vehicle to be available to us to travel with, and thanks to the wonderful care that Jeoff Hoyt and the Service department showed me and my vehicle, our plans will not have to be changed.
