Very deceptive business practice I verified any and all fees prior to making a 2.5hr drive. When we sat down to discuss terms I was told the are close to making a deal with someone in ohio, and if I wanted the car "they had to get $1200 more than the asking price listed on their website. Then add the other fees on top! More

Unprofessional and Bait and Switch If you want to get treated like a piece of crap, then this is the place for you! I had a confirmed appointment with a salesperson. When I arrived the salesperson had already left for the day. I guess that it wasn't important for them to meet me for the appointment they made with me. Then I have to wait for someone else to be assigned to help me. After the test drive, they make you wait over an hour to try to work a deal with you. Then they tell you the advertised price does not include their "retail mark-up". Stay away from this dirty tactic , xxxx of the earth dealership. More

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE Bertera Chevrolet by far exceeded all of my expectations as far as customer service, product knowledge, and the vehicle history on the vehicle I bough Bertera Chevrolet by far exceeded all of my expectations as far as customer service, product knowledge, and the vehicle history on the vehicle I bought. The finance department got me an extremely low APR and I bought a pre-owned vehicle. The sales manager, Jacob, went over every detail of my deal and filled me in on every single aspect of what to expect on my new car! I highly recommend and this store is worth a shot! Definitely didn't feel the usual pressure you get from a car dealer. I would recommend Jason to anyone looking to purchase. I gave a 4/5 on the price because they're website lists a different price than is actually charged - the website price should only include incentives that everyone would qualify for.
