The only problem I have is that when I went in to have the battery serviced for corrosion on the battery terminals they told me they could cleanup the corrosion..But when I receive the service papers in t the battery serviced for corrosion on the battery terminals they told me they could cleanup the corrosion..But when I receive the service papers in the mail it says that I refused a service which may void my warranty..I never refused any service. they didn’t offered any other service.. HORRIBLE Experience We were waiting most of a day for a call back to get the bank check amount for full payment on a vehicle. After several attempts to call, text and email we finally got a call. We were told that the vehicle was sold. We were then wrongly accused of not giving them all the information up front. When we asked to talk to someone in management the answer given was that they were busy. If a mistake was somehow made, at least own it and attempt to fix it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

SCAM!!!!! BAIT & SWITCH!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!I am SCAM!!!!! BAIT & SWITCH!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! I am utterly disgusted with the blatant lies and disgraceful practices of Bertera Chevy in Palmer MA. SCAM!!!!! BAIT & SWITCH!!!! STAY AWAY!!!! I am utterly disgusted with the blatant lies and disgraceful practices of Bertera Chevy in Palmer MA. I was warned by my car dealer who I have been purchasing my vehicles from for 20 plus years that this is a SCAM and guess what it is!!! Despite my car dealers warning and research of Bertera Chevy, who already had numerous complaints already about their tactics, I decided to still perused the deal. We expressed our concerns of course from the get go about the scam and bait and switch accusations. We were assured that they do not BAIT & SWITCH and will not SCAM us. THEY LIED!!!!!! We spent nearly two weeks of back and forth with the sales department trying to get the final price on the vehicle we wanted to purchase as well as what we would be getting for trade. After email and phone confirmations made by the sales department, we decided to take the 6 hour trip to purchase the vehicle. They offered us $5,000 less than what we had been promised for our trade!!!! A six-hour trip, a missed soccer game, wasted gas, unpaid time off from work, and added mileage on our vehicle for LIES!!!!!! No apologizes from the dealership just excuses! Terrible phone manners from sales manager Jody who told me she would not help me to try and straighten the issue out because I was rude!? So not only does this dealership scam you, but they also try and make you feel like you are the one in the wrong. STEER CLEAR OF THESE SHISTERS! BAIT & SWITCH!!! SCAMS!
