Customer service is our number one priority. We apologize that it took sometime during the sale to complete the paperwork. You came in on a holiday without an appointment when it is extremely busy. The registration process only took a week not 2. It would have been registered faster if you got us everything we needed to register the truck in a timely manor.

We would like to start out by saying this entire review is hearsay and as a company we deeply care about our customers and customer service. The accusations made in this review are false, the discussion at the time of sale was your grandmother was going to get new plates. When she told us after the fact she wanted so use her old plates we told your grandmother that if she wanted to change plates she would need to go to the DMV. The DMV will not let a 3rd party make changes to a registration for someone else. It is not our fault that she did not go about the proper steps in switching over her plates. When she called us we helped walk her through the proper steps to get her registration changed and she did not follow them properly.

The discussion at the time of the sale was that she wanted to keep her plates. I was there. It is your fault that the paperwork wasn’t processed properly and you took advantage of a senior citizen. She specifically said, “I don’t want new plates, I want mine because I already have them memorized.”

Please take a look at our thousands of 5 star reviews from happy customers who purchased a vehicle from us over the years. Now here is the real story, you left a deposit on a vehicle to hold it. We agreed on a hold so you could take it overnight to your mechanic, after we let you keep the car overnight you still needed one more day to think about it, so we told you that we had other customers interested in the car and that we needed an answer if you were going to buy the car or not by the next day. When the next day came you told us you still needed more time even though we had been holding the car for you all week. We told you we were going to sell it because you had gone way past the original time frame of how long we agreed on holding the car. Once we sold the car we refunded your deposit.
