We visited our local Porsche dealer in Sarasota, FL with the intent of purchasing a new 911. We knew we’d likely have to order it, so we wanted to start that process. We were ignored when walked in, we waited to be acknowledged, made eye contact with a few sales people in their offices, and it wasn’t until we were walking out the door that a sales person and his manager stopped their conversation and asked if we needed anything. We drove 1.5 hrs north to Clearwater, and we’re so glad we did. We were immediately greeted by Luis who answered many questions, showed us a few vehicles that they had, and helped guide us through the process to order our car, including building it online to get a sense of what we were looking for. He sent us on our way, not making the sale that day, but he knew we were serious. We stayed in touch for a week or two and he was quick to call when an allotment came up. It was a higher class 911 than what we initially inquired about, but we gave him the approval and we placed the order. Throughout the entire build he was communicating and updating us along the way. I’m happy to say we picked up my new 911 Carrera GTS Cabriolet last week and I LOVE it! More

I had the car shipped and they texted me everyday to give me an update on my service.
