Been there 3 times for service, had negative issues each time. Half the time I call the service department I get voicemail and it takes 8-24 hours to get a call back. First off I love my 2020 Macan. As for service ALL service personnel were friendly, courteous, helpful, and accommodating. I was a “wait” customer. Lounge area was pleasant and comfortable. Worst experience ever. I cannot wait to trade my car in for another brand. This dealership let my car sit TWO WEEKS (this time, among many other visits!!) just to hook up the computer to figure out what I’ for another brand. This dealership let my car sit TWO WEEKS (this time, among many other visits!!) just to hook up the computer to figure out what I’d been complaining about since I first brought it in. Instead, they continued to act like it was operator error and kept returning it me instead of actually checking!! That car spent more time just sitting in their shop than I’ve had it to drive! That diagnostic literally took a few hours. The continued disrespect and inconvenience alone is enough to ensure I will never buy another Porsche and definitely never another car from this dealership. Now I wait for a window switch that has to come from Germany, they didn’t bother to rush to tell me that, I had to go in personally and find out I could have taken the car back days prior while I wait. 90k car basically costing me 150k in time and money. 🤬🤬🤬 More
