A big shout out to Corrine and Mo and the rest of the service team at the new Clearwater Porsche.The new facility is amazing and you are treated like family.I have had two visits in the last 3 months.Bot service team at the new Clearwater Porsche.The new facility is amazing and you are treated like family.I have had two visits in the last 3 months.Both visits the price I was quoted and the length of time it would take was as promised.A lot of times dealerships get a bad wrap for being to expensive and they don't care about the customer after the sale.In today's economy everything is more expensive and the two most important parts on any car are good tires and brakes.So me personally if I'm driving a $100,000 luxury sports car I want to know it was serviced by factory trained tech's and a service team that is friendly and knowledgeable.Keep up the great work to the team of Clearwater Porsche.See you again in 5000 miles "Porsche there is no Substitute" More

I brought my 2017 911 with 31,000 miles on it to Ber Smith for the 30,000 recommended Factory Service Maintenance, but for one reason or other, Corinne advised and wrote a 40,000 factory recommended ser Smith for the 30,000 recommended Factory Service Maintenance, but for one reason or other, Corinne advised and wrote a 40,000 factory recommended service. Car was dropped Thursday midday with the promise of being ready next day Friday. Monday came and went with no communication. Tuesday at 11:45 AM i surprised Corinne when i stopped by the service shop. She did not recognize me and i saw our 911 just parked out there inside service area and no-one working on it. Tuesday at 3 PM I got a call from Corinne that the car is ready. During service Check-In, I specifically asked Corinne to preserve, hold and place the used air filter in the trunk (fronk) so that we can evaluate and assess the condition of the used air filter, But unfortunately when we got home, we realized she forgot and did not save and hold the used air filter for us. Also, When we got a loaner (22 Macon) with 400 miles on it and when i asked Corinne about the engine size of the loaner, she did not know much about it which it was shocking to me!! More
