We had a really bad experience with service. After buying our 3rd Nissan in the last 6 years, we were told we would get leather seats on our Altima. We were called on Tuesday to take the car i After buying our 3rd Nissan in the last 6 years, we were told we would get leather seats on our Altima. We were called on Tuesday to take the car in and that it would take 1 day to replace them. We’re going into the third day and they haven’t even started on it. This is a perfect example of poor management. If you don’t have the time or personnel to do the job, don’t tell me to bring my car in to just be there. Call me when you are ready to work on it. More
