I purchase a silverado 2021 and started having problems with the OnStar about 4 months after the purchase. I took it back to get it fixed and the staff at the repair center told me they needed to order the with the OnStar about 4 months after the purchase. A few weeks went by and no call from them. I had to call to get an update and they told me the part had been there for a while and to take my truck in. I did and they kept the truck for 3 days. When I went back to see if it was ready no one knew what was done to the truck, it had just been there sitting without getting checked or repaired. Long story short; I’ve taken my truck to this dealership 3 times for the same thing and nothing has been done to it. Same thing every time. Some of the people in this place do not take their job seriously and give a very bad experience after the purchase. More
