DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! PLEASE READ!!! I purchased a used Maserati Levante from Bert Ogden, and the vehicle was sold to me with only one key. At the time of the sale, the PLEASE READ!!! I purchased a used Maserati Levante from Bert Ogden, and the vehicle was sold to me with only one key. At the time of the sale, the dealership provided me with a signed “WE OWE” document specifically listing a second key fob. I followed up with the dealership repeatedly over an extended period of time, both by phone and through in-person visits. I was repeatedly told that they were working on getting the key taken care of. No one ever reached back out! I was ignored!!!! Now, I have again attempted to resolve the issue and have been told that because I “waited too long,” they will not honor the written commitment I possess, which I did send them. Its in BLACK AND WHITE PRINT, clear as day!!!! RENE, the sales manager, was rude from the beginning, dismissive, and attempted to make this seem like I did something wrong. Huhhhhhhhhhh RENE????? I still have my original signed “WE OWE” document, and I intend to pursue the remedies available to me to resolve the matter. BE AWARE OF THEIR PRACTICES AND GO SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! More

I bought my BMW in Houston and have it serviced there. The SALES agents for when you have to get an oil change ect. Are extremely aggressive. Terrible service. First you dial #3 for parts and they don’t send you to the “parts” department just a woman who puts you on hold or “takes your message”. I ordered a part from there 2 months ago and for the first month there was no record of it even though I had already paid. Had to wait the second month because they barley ordered it and even though they put it on “rush” it got here 3 weeks late when I was told it was only a 1 week wait. Please take your business elsewhere unless you have time to go back and forth for months with these people for a single part. More
