Lee Volvo has been the place where I have taken my car for more than 8 years. Customer services is exceptional and the waiting time is not very long, something that I really appreciated. The communication/ follow-up I received from Kial Conway was terrific! I have been in contact with several other dealerships and the communication has been beyond poor. I have felt like I was the one chasin was terrific! I have been in contact with several other dealerships and the communication has been beyond poor. I have felt like I was the one chasing them. And I am the one buying a $40K+ car!! If it wasn't for the fact that Lee Volvo was far from where I live plus the fact I have 2 small kids Kial would most likely be getting our business! More
I buy a lot of cars and often for my business. I have had varying experiences at many of the dealerships in the greater Boston area. My experiences at Lee Volvo were excellent from start to finish. Both of my sales reps, Steve and Andre have been at this dealer for decades and it shows in their low pressure sales demeanor and product knowledge. As a matter of fact, it felt like I bought a car rather than feeling like I was sold a car. And the price beat everyone in the area with no need for haggling. This really is a different kind of dealership with a family feel to it. I mean, when was the last time the General Manager of the dealership came over to shake your hand and have a conversation when you last bought a car? Thanks for a great car buying experience Lee Volvo. Not only will I buy more cars from you but I will recommend you to anyone who is in the market for one! More
My wife and I visited a number of dealers when we were still uncertain of which model we were going to buy. We ultimately did not get a Volvo, but I was very impressed with the way the Internet Salerspers still uncertain of which model we were going to buy. We ultimately did not get a Volvo, but I was very impressed with the way the Internet Salersperson dealth with me, and then salesperson Fred Stoudemire when I visited the showroom. Fred did not resort to any of the typical shenangians other dealers do. They let us test drive the car without doing that trick of making a copy of our licenses and then running a credit check while they kept us busy in the showroom. Fred just simply explained the features of the car and answered our questions. Never were we asked, "What can I do to get you to buy this car?" We visited another dealer that same day, and while that dealership told us, "We don't play the usual games," they did anyway, so it was refreshing to deal with a professional like Fred. More

I had a Volvo for 6 years and in the time I had it I needed to do a lot of repairs that I hardly understood. It was my fault for not shopping around and knowing then what I know now, I would find a diff needed to do a lot of repairs that I hardly understood. It was my fault for not shopping around and knowing then what I know now, I would find a different way to take care of my car. The most disturbing aspect are the prices quoted. I ended up driving down to Rhode Island to Tasca in Cranston to get better prices and more friendly and caring service. When I first came in to the dealer I dealt with Dave and he was fabulous in taking care of my needs and explaining things carefully, but when he left, my remaining interactions were very discouraging forcing me to look for alternatives as far as Rhode Island. I didn't have to fix anything they worked on so the quality of work I think is good, but that is the only positive aspect of this dealership. If you want a Volvo or need to repair one, find another dealer. More
Today was my second visit to Lee Volvo for a service on my Volvo CrossCountry wagon. I have to say I was pleased with my visit the first time in and even more pleased the second time, today. I spoke to Becca in reception and I must say this woman is delightful. What a friendly and helpful attitude she possesses. Surely a great asset to her the dealership. She makes a great first impression since most clients speak to her first. I also would like to comment on my positive and helpful interactions with Mark, the Service Advisor who has always been very personable and helpful. He too is a great asset to the dealership. Last but not least, I would like to mention Kenny and Carlos for their friendliness and service and I hope anyone who needs to use Lee Volvo's service department has just as pleasurable an experience. deceptive service practices - i would never recommend that someone go to lee for service. they just sold me 4 tires for $1300. i do not race, i do not need specialty tires, i am an average driver. whe that someone go to lee for service. they just sold me 4 tires for $1300. i do not race, i do not need specialty tires, i am an average driver. when i complained and said i was not paying for these tires, they said they would not replace them with something less expensive (but they could put back on my old tires). since farrell dealership, about 10 miles down the road, could do tires for nearly half the price, i was tempted; but between all of the service charges and alignment charge it did not make economic sense. mark was a liar and marcus passively listened and offered no accomodations on the price. i will never go back and actively recommend against them. My wife and I (we are in our late twenties) bought a volvo from this dealership. Previously, several cars had been purchased from this dealership by other members of my family with my input. I had high hopes after these earlier experiences, and was severely disappointed by my latest experience there. The people we worked with were incredibly difficult to reach. More often than not, they didn't even bother to return voicemails. Even the service manager failed to respond to our voicemails. When we were picking up our new volvo, we learned that Lo Jack wasn't installed because they couldn't get a tech down to install it. They promised to call us the next Monday to let us know when they could have a tech on site to install it. They never called. After finally getting a hold of them, we learned that they had contract issues with Lo Jack and therefore they would have to refund the fee. They promised that we would have a refund check by a particular date. That date passed by last week, and we have yet to see a check. And that is where we are at... More
