I recently purchased an S60 T6 Volvo from Volvo of Wellesley. I was greeted professionally by Alfonso Ramano who helped my husband and I feel so comfortable about the brand and safety of Volvo. He walked us around and let us get into a car that was exactly what we were looking for. When it was time for the test drive we got the pleasure of working with Andrew Snyder who was great in the detail and excelled at answering my many questions. After I knew what I wanted I was taken care of by the finance department at Volvo who worked with my husband and I to get us into a rate we were comfortable with. For me the most nerving part of getting a new car is dealing with the finance aspect, but with Gustavo Vasquez my husband and I experienced minimal pains. Gustavo was so easy going and personable that we quickly realized we went into an office to do a business transaction and left the dealership with a friend. This dealership has become an extension of my friends and have taken such good care of me thus far. But my lasting word the I will always remember is when I signed the papers, they excitedly said, your relationship with us has just begun. We will take care of your car and you and make sure you are always safe on the road. No words can truly explain the feeling of knowing I'm taken care of in a safe, dependable, amazing vehicle. Bought a brand new xc90 yesterday. Robert Fish was the salesman. Robert was very informative and friendly. Showed me all aspects of the car with no pressure. I leased my first Volvo there and the overall experience was excellent. I would recommend this place to any Volvo buyers. Unlike some aggressive dealers, the sales ppl here were friendly and patient. Robert Fish was a superbly diligent, decent, and highly effective salesperson. He obviously had your interests in mind but arranged a very satisfactory outcome on the purchase of a new XC60. He treated me with respect and courtesy, and most importantly, with great patience! I am a slight technophobe and the Volvo is a computer on wheels. He stayed until nearly 9:30PM in the evening to conclude the sale; he went over the intricacies of the vehicle with a teacher's touch and sensitivity that allowed me to feel comfortable with the vehicle. This was no easy task! He wrestled with a reluctant kayak system until it was off my old car; he arranged to meet me subsequently to deliver items I left inadvertently in the old car. He offered to provide tutorials. All this beyond the call of usual duty. A very fine, articulate and very thorough person. You should be very pleased to have him as a employee! Bought a 2012 Vovlo SC-70 from Lee Volvo and I love this car. Because we had bought our previous four Volvos from Lee they gave us a coupon book for various types of free service. The coupons are supposed to be good for as long as we own the car. Today when the car was brought in and we tried to use the coupon for a free Inspection sticker, Marcus said Wellesley Volvo won't honor the Lee Volvo coupon book for loyal Lee Volvo customers. I guess he sees them as two different groups. There are closer Volvo dealerships near us. We always used Lee because we really liked them and they always treated us so well. Looks like a new regime is in town and not one that values customer loyalty. More

Throughout the process, they conveyed a strong feeling of friendly, almost family-like teamwork resulting in a very positive experience. I purchased a pre-owned Mazda 3 with a trade, and I lucked out stepping in and finding the right car, right salesperson and being able to work the right deal. I was moving fast and everything seem to click. I highly recommend them. More

I have dealt most with Marcus Kingsbury, Manager; he has resolved each matter efficiently and in the best possible way. It is obvious that the theme of this dealership, beginning with Marcus, is customer satisfaction. Every visit to Service has been a convenient and pleasant experience and I am always very happy with the work done. I would highly recommend Lee Volvo in Wellesley for any Volvo service. More
