While waiting for repairs to be completed I sat in the frigid waiting area. I was extremely a-taken back by the surly and condescending manner in which the general manager dealt with both employees and frigid waiting area. If extras like loaner cars, wind shield wiper fluid top off, quick exterior/interior vacuum were added back in (my Volvo Service reps are courteous. He found out that our rear camera lens was partially foggy, got John from service to look at it and make an appointment to fix it.(we purchased a 2020 v60). We also dealt with Steve(a manager), Ricari(finance) and Nick(?senior manager), all of whom were friendly and helpful. We also met John,the service manager. More

Everyone in service is so friendly and easy to deal with. I have to say I have dealt mostly with Chis and he such a nice guy, knowledgeable, funny, and friendly. If he doesn't know the answer, he goes out of his way to find it and get back to me. With past vehicles, I never used the dealer for service unless it was a must. Your service dept. is so easy to deal with and pricing is pretty competitive with other mechanics in the area. Very convenient for me. The only draw back is that you no longer have loaner cars. This is a very big disappointment. This service topped off your awesome repair department!! I don't like spending money for a rental car when I will be spending money on the service preformed on my own Volvo. Hope this loaner program gets reinstated at some point. Thanks! More
