Simply put, Brandon and Dell salvaged what could have been a mediocre experience through their responsiveness and desire to make sure I was happy with the deal I received on my new FJ. I very much appreciated Dell's straight-forward approach to the sale, and I didn't feel like I was being jerked around at all during the price negotiation. Brandon was absolutely great when it came to getting my questions answered, and making sure they were directed to the appropriate individuals. To be fair, if it wasn't for some inconsistencies between what I was told regarding several extended warranties I initially purchased (that were later removed when I signed a new contract) from the finance manager and the fine print contained within the documentation, I would have given a 5 rating of my experience across the board. However, as individuals, both Dell and Brandon get a 5 rating. More

He knew all about the features of the car, answered all of my questions. I decided to add protective strips to the sides of my Camry and on the morning I was supposed to pick up the car, the parts hadn't arrived. Sam found the parts at another dealership and personally drove the car there to get the parts and have the car ready for me as promised. He has followed up with me several times since that day.
