It always seems that buying a new car is a two sided event. The idea of a new car is wonderful, the idea of dealing with a car dealership, not so much. This was the first car I bought without either a h event. The idea of a new car is wonderful, the idea of dealing with a car dealership, not so much. This was the first car I bought without either a husband or father in tow. I knew what I wanted after researching a ton of car information online. Checked out dealerships and decided Bernardi was one of the ones to visit. Met with salesman, Eric Yngve . He is all you would want in a salesman. Not pushy, easy going and knew his product. I was not sure what small suv I would buy at that time. After a test drive of the CRV, I knew that I had found my car. The rest of the process with Eric was easy. He made the whole buying of a new car a piece of cake. I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a Honda. More

BUYER BEWARE OF BERNARDI HONDA!!!! I will be filing my complaint with the Attorney General and even contact the local news station to warn other customers. It is my mission to post this on as many sites as possible and warn the general public. Recommend that you go the PRIME HONDA, they are way more honest. Signed papers to buy a used car, as processed continued there were a ton of surprises and hidden costs. 1. They have a BOGUS $700 used car prep fee and $300 processing fee. 2. Finance Manager Manny R is dishonest and unethical. My credit is 850 and I was told that my loan rate would be 4.9%, I was floored. When I did my own research I ended with 2.2%, go figure. How many other unaware customers have been overcharged due to this dishonest practice. 2.2% is what they ended giving me, no apologies for the scam. They also tried to pull a fast one on me on the vehicle warranty. Rather than explaining all of my options, this was presented as "what do you want". To top if all off they did not inform me the vehicle only had 1 key. Why would it be ok to only have 1 key, only morons would thing this is ok to deliver a vehicle with 1 key. When asked for a second key, they told me I was on my own. Another hidden surprise and now I need to go get a replacement key for $225. The key surprise was the straw that broke the camels back. Had I known about this added cost in the beginning along with all the other BS, I would've walked. More
