Our overall experience with everyone at Bernardi Honda and Eric Yngve in particular was pleasant from start to finish. We had found a Honda Odyssey online that we were interested in and made an appointme and Eric Yngve in particular was pleasant from start to finish. We met with Eric, took the car for a drive and afterwards discussed our impression of the vehicle and asked our questions. We had been to many other dealerships over the week prior and were always met with a defensive attitude when any questions or concerns were expressed about a vehicle and were made to feel as though we were being unreasonable. Our experience with Eric was the exact opposite. He patiently listened to our questions and addressed each of them. He was understanding and made sure that we were happy and satisfied every step of the way. He expedited the process given we had an urgent need for the car and accommodated us wherever he could - including coming into work on his day off. We will be going back to see Eric and Bernardi Honda the next time we are in the market for a new car and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Honda. More

The first one we looked at was not a good match for us and the second car we wanted to see had been sent to another store that morning. Our sales person, Eric, arranged for the car to be brought back to the store the following day and held for us. We went back and test drove the car, found a problem. Eric had the problem taken care of and a re-test drive done in 90 minutes. Started the paperwork the same day as the drive, but had to leave for an appointment. The rest of the paperwork was taken care of a few days later in under an hour. Eric went out of his way to help us get the car we wanted for the price we wanted, without pressure or shady tactics. Would easily recommend both Eric and the dealership to anyone looking for a car. More
After shopping for a Honda Pilot at our local dealership, Ron Bouchard's Honda Store, we decided that what was happening with the sale didn't feel right. We spent 4 hours there and the deal would have been our 5th purchase from the dealership. We expected more from them. There was a definite element of shadiness. I began to search online for a dealership that had the Pilot with the features I wanted and found one online at Bernardi. I began with a online chat with Neo and within minutes Cindy called me about the vehicle I saw online. She took down my information and answered all of the questions I had. I had a lot of questions considering what had just happened at the other dealership. The next day John called me and further confirmed that the vehicle I saw was as advertised and that the price I was given was the price. No hidden accessories added on. He connected me with Eric Yngve, my salesman and I drove down the next day to complete the deal. There are no words to describe the experience. Eric greeted me immediately upon my arrival. He was upbeat, professional without the stereotypical salesman schtick. What a drastic contrast from what I just experienced. I next met with the finance people. Here I had the pleasure of meeting Anthony. He was just as professional and pleasant as Eric was. I really was expecting the worst and go the very best. I would and WILL recommend Bernardi Honda Natick to anyone that asks me where I bought my new car. I also plan to sing the praises of Eric, Anthony and Bernardi Honda on Facebook. Eric was so nice when I visited first time, even though he had to help 5 people at the same time. He didn't push and helped me and answered kindly even with my tons of questions. My husband and I were looking to purchase a vehicle. We had went to saw a vehicle we liked and put a deposit down. We were not happy and continued our search. We went to Bernardi in Natick and was extremely satisfied with out salesman Eric Yngve. This man knew cars and was confident in what he was doing. The minute we walked in the door, he was there. He answered all our questions and did not rush us. We got a great deal on the vehicle and received the best customer service. Our there were a mix up in our paperwork, so Eric made sure that we got a rental, at no charge to us. When it was time to pick up our vehicle, it snowed and instead of having us drive all the way to Natick, Eric drove our car to the north shore and delivered our vehicle, and went back with the rental. I mean customer service does not get any better than that!!! If you are looking for a vehicle look no further that Eric Yngve at Bernardi Honda of Natick. I recommend his service to anyone in need of a vehicle! More

Eric at Bernardi Honda made my new car buying experience a pleasure. Bernardi Honda was my second stop, after being told at the Subaru dealer next door that all the cars were packed in the back due to a c a pleasure. Bernardi Honda was my second stop, after being told at the Subaru dealer next door that all the cars were packed in the back due to a couple of inches of snow earlier that day and that I couldn't drive one. At Bernardi I was met at the door, Eric showed me a car and I was driving it within a few minutes. I loved the car at first drive, but did my due diligence and visited Toyota and even Subaru again (asking for a different Subaru salesperson this time). I was truly torn, between the Honda that I loved at first drive and Toyota that was fine in every rational way but just didn't capture me as much. Returning a few days later from vacation, I was in a position where I needed to make a decision with little time, so after work I placed a courtesy call to Bernardi Honda and to my Toyota rep and decided I'd get in my car and drive to one or the other to buy a car. Eric worked with me on price and financing, making it easy for me to buy the car I really loved. While Toyota was trying to be helpful as well, when they mentioned they might be able to throw in some floor mats they lost me. I was paying this much for a car and floor mats weren't included? Eric made everything easy. My car was dead?, no problem just return my plates online and he'd get me a new registration/plates. (Toyota rep was going to the manager to figure out how I could transfer my plates and wasn't sure it could be done in one day). He came to personally apologize when there was a delay getting to sit with the finance folks. He checked in by text with me a couple of times the next day, with progress reports on getting the plates. I showed up to pick up the car after work with it perfectly detailed and waiting for me. I had my appointment for my free 4 month oil change before leaving the lot. Eric synched my smartphone, loaded my contacts, and had my Mom and husband's numbers plugged into the speed dial through the bluetooth with voice activation recorded before I left the lot (I didn't even know it had that feature). I left the parking lot with my favorite Pandora radio station playing through my smartphone, and voice dialed my husband and Mom on the way home. I can't say enough about this dealership and about Eric. More
I have been watching the Bernardi Used Car site for some time for "the right" car: something that sat higher than my loved Accord. He was compassionate with the family situation and need and went above and beyond to make the buying experience smooth and successful. I have been more than pleased with my purchase, especially in the snowy driving conditions of this winter! More
