Very good experience overall. I bought a 2011 Honda CRV and had a very good experience with Jayson Navarro, the salesman. I had owned a new 2009 Honda CRV in which I had à very bad accident, and the car saved my life. I had checked another dealership as well, but the price was better at Bernardi's. Excellent Service and the best price I just purchased a new Pilot from them. I did a lot of research before I visited them and the overview price is cheaper than other dealer. I first wen I just purchased a new Pilot from them. I did a lot of research before I visited them and the overview price is cheaper than other dealer. I first went to toyota dealer and spent several hours there and just waste my time. The toyota dealer guy seems like that it doesn't matter that you buy or not. However, when the next day I came to Honda Natick dealer, the sales person who's name is Jayson immediately catch us. At beginning I was not trust him because the day before the bad experience at toyota. He is very patient ask us questions and alway show good attitude that he will help us find a car which we want. We tried CRV and later I asked where we can try Pilot? He is very patient and let us tried. Finally, We bought Pilot, without he encourage us to try the different car that we never know how the difference. Without his help we could not buy such good car, thanks so much Jayson! More
Sammy and Collin were great. Delivery not so much We went in to the dealership to look for a new car.This is the third car and the last we would buy from the dealership. We were greeted by the lady at the front desk and told that the sales person we had bought our last car from had moved to their Audi dealership down the road. She paged a sales person to the front. We were greeted after a few minutes by Sammy who let us know that they didn't have a sales person available but he would be happy to help us. He took us out to the lot to look at a few cars. We settled on a 2014 Civic. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us find the right car. He negotiated the whole deal and we felt comfortable working with him. He let us know that he was going to pass us off to Jason. This was where things went south. This guy did absolutely nothing and gained "credit" for the sale. At this point we had been there for 2 hours and wanted to get lunch. This guy kept us there for another 1/2 hour "wrapping things up and trying to find our keys" The only thing that saved the deal was Collin. He was great to work with and went in to detail on the financing and helped us get a deal on the gap insurance. Once we were done we received a call from Jason about when we would like to pick up the car. We had scheduled a time for Tuesday evening at 7pm. When I arrived at the dealership Jason came out and told me he needed 2 minutes to get the car ready. He then proceeded to jump in another car and take a customer on a test drive leaving me to wait. I have always been under the impression that if you set an appointment that the time should be blocked off. He left me standing out there for 20 minutes. When I went in to see if there was anyone else that could help me he was at the sales desk working on his next deal. He then had the stones to say to me let me finish with my customer and I will get your car. At this point I would have walked away and gone to another dealership where they actually value the customer. The worst part about this was he didn't even sell the car. Sammy did. The only thing he offered to do was pair my phone to the bluetooth. I already knew how to do this and didn't want to trust this guy with my phone. He then told me good luck with my new car and left me with the car. I will not be returning to this dealership to by a car. Jason ruined the whole buying experience. More
Horrible experience!!! Bottom line: do your homework before buying used! Never walked out of a dealership so angry! Our salesman Fred was a sweetheart. We were ready to buy. The manager came over and tried to tell us the car was 2,000 over retail after we looked it up Edmonds.com. After getting obviously caught in a lie, he stormed off. I am shocked by how unprofessional he was. I believe his last name was Casey though he stormed off before I could catch it! More

I wanted to leave feedback about your salesperson, Dess; he helped us to purchase a 2011 Pre-Owned Honda Accord LX last Friday. Dess was the MOST patient salesperson we've worked with--honestly!! Between my husband and I, we have bought 10 cars now, so we've seen and dealt with our share of car salespeople. Dess is a true professional--he was concerned about our needs and he took the time to show us every car we were interesting in that matched our criteria. Even when we wanted to double- and triple-check some things on a particular car (the car we ended up buying), Dess was more than willing to go back out to the lot to check on these minute details with us! Not only is Dess a valuable member to your sales group, he is a true gentleman! He opened every door for me and pulled out the desk chair for me every time. Being a girl who grew up in the South, this kind of behavior truly shows how much you respect and care about a person. I told Dess that when it comes time to purchase my next car, I will DEFINITELY make an appointment to see him! I bought my current car through Bernardi Honda of Natick, which is one reason we came back to you guys. Thanks for making it a great car-buying experience, Dess! Exceptional from beginning to end. I recently purchased a new Civic Si from Fred Stoudemire and the experience was just about perfect from beginning to end. It only took a few hours bef I recently purchased a new Civic Si from Fred Stoudemire and the experience was just about perfect from beginning to end. It only took a few hours before I was driving away in my new car. This is my 4th Honda from Bernardi Honda in Natick and I will be back for more. If you want to be taken care of and treated like a friend you owe it to yourself to go see Fred. More

I was very impressed by the professionalism, non-hard-sell atmosphere and friendliness of the staff at this wonderful dealership. After visiting a several other dealerships, both Honda and otherwise, I would definitely say that the sales staff at Bernardi Natick was the best. They do not do the "hard-sell" thing, and they are really transparent in how they price cars. At one point, after I noticed an error in the contract, the dealership immediately fixed the issue. The staff, particularly Abe and Jayson, were amazing in their level of knowledge regarding the cars they were showing and their readiness to answer questions, which were answered honestly and thoroughly. They work hard and really try to make sure customers have a good buying experience. Bernardi is lucky to have these guys working for them. Next time I need a car, Bernardi will be the first place I visit! More
Long wait but very friendly customer service. I must have gone to the dealership at a bad time because I spent 5 hours at Bernardi Honda dealing with paperwork and finance. They were short on staff, I was told, and that's why it took so long. However, everyone I worked with was very friendly and pleasant. I recommend going to this dealership in the morning or early afternoon to avoid waiting. I was told, after I got there in the early evening, that it was a "night time" dealership and that it usually picks up in the evening. While I was there long after closing, much of the staff stayed as well and they didn't seem bothered by the extended, long work hours. Overall, great people to work with. More

I told them it would perhaps be doable depending on the trade in value offer for my car. We agreed they would pull up the car I was interested in and at the same time my car would be appraised. They did pull up the car and I was in fact interested. When we went back inside the 'used car sales manager' (I'm unsure of his name - bald/beard) came over and was very disrespectful, rude, and abrupt throughout our encounter. He was angry with me because I wasn't interested in telling them my monthly payment range and instead wanted to talk about bottom line pricing of the vehicle. The 'used car sales manager' (again, I forget his name) then told me they didn't have a car for me and slid my keys across the table to me. After multiple hours working with their sales person this man ruined the entire experience in just 3 short minutes and lost the salesperson a sale. I will buy a car, I will NOT buy it here. More
