The people are friendly, professional, eager to learn and respond to your needs and priorities. I was there to test-drive the Accord. I worked initially with the sales manager, Mike Bender, who is the best there is. A regular, down-to-earth guy, who gives it to you straight. Great personality. Someone you'd like to hang out with (at least if, like me, you're over 50). You immediately feel he's someone you can trust. He had one of his "old pros" take me on a drive (Denis Smith). And he's a real gentlemen. Knows cars, knows people, knows how to communicate. Gives you lots of technical information -- stuff that you might not be aware of -- without trying to "sell" you. You have to find the right car at the right price, of course, but the dealership can make a big difference in your decision-making process and how you perceive the (potential) relationship. You won't go wrong going to Bernardi. More
