I am sorry to say I did not have a good experience I have bought a lot of Bernardi cars, either Honda or Toyota, and I went to buy a Honda Civic but did not like it and they found me a Toyota. The sa I have bought a lot of Bernardi cars, either Honda or Toyota, and I went to buy a Honda Civic but did not like it and they found me a Toyota. The salesman, Jayson Navarro, was very disrespectul to me. He went into my glove compartment to look for my registration and went into a folder in the car to find my title without even asking me. I bought the car in February 2015 and I had to buy 2 new tires last week. The person told me where I bought them that they would not have passed the State Inspection. She told me to go back to Bernardi Honda and get reimbursed. I was told when buying a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that they should have put on new tires or at least the ones that were worn. I felt very rushed while I was there. I am reluctant to go back there because they will turn it around and tell me it was my fault. I am going to get a second opinion about the tires and I will see what they say. More

Jayson Navarro was our sales rep and was very friendly, even helping us move a car seat from our current car so we could test drive with our son. We never felt pressured to buy something we did not want. When we picked up the car a few days later he spent the time to show us how the control panel worked and got my wife's phone connected via Bluetooth. All in all a great experience and we will definitely ask for Jayson again when the time comes to get a new car. More

Recently I had service performed on my car elsewhere, and both times they were either done incorrectly or used an aftermarket part, ie, power steering rack, which was defective, and leaked alot a few months after it was installed. Bobby Gazza, Service Consultant at Bernardi Honda in Natick helped me find my paperwork in my car on the service station who replaced the power steering rack and also told me what to say to them so I wouldn't have to pay twice and he stressed that it should be under warranty. What was also helpful was that Bobby told me what my possible options would be in handling that situation, in the event the other service station gave me any trouble. He said he would even speak with the other service station to help me. He also evaluated my brakes and gave great detail to their condition and explained why the rotors couldn't be recut. Bobby deserves a gold star award for helpfulness, honesty, and invaluable service to his customers. I will definitely go to Bernardi Honda in Natick for everything my car needs from now on. Outstanding service from Bobby, and everyone there was so nice and friendly to me. More

Nothing Spectacular/Borderline Disappointing Having been long time "repeat" customer (bot 4 other Hondas over the years from this dealership), I thought I'd get better service than I actually exp Having been long time "repeat" customer (bot 4 other Hondas over the years from this dealership), I thought I'd get better service than I actually experienced. I went there fully prepared to buy a new 2015 CRV Touring and was given Jayson Navarro as my salesman and told he should "take care" of me. Because I pretty much knew what I wanted/how much I was willing to pay, there really wasn't much "selling" involved. There was very little discussed about the car nor were there any real price allowances of any consequence. It was the customary act of asking what I wanted and then being told..... "let me talk to the manager to get you the "best" price" only to be told what a great deal I'm getting when they pass along their normal sales price! The car I wanted was not in inventory & I was told it could take up to 3 months to get (would I be willing to accept something in inventory...for a GREAT price?). Because the car had to be ordered, there was little incentive to sell me the car and that was exactly how I was made to feel and then subjected to the usual "what'll it take to get you to buy today?" treatment. Because I wasn't willing to commit (it was a car for my wife so I felt she should be able to tell me exactly what she wanted), I was pretty much being given the brush off and pretty much told (w/o actually being told) to come back when I was ready to sign attitude. When I returned days later, I had to wait quite some time just to get Jayson to talk to me. While Jayson's obviously a "nice guy", there was never any doubt he was only trying to sell me a car and then move as quickly as he could to his next customer. On more than one occasion, we'd arrange to meet but when I showed up, there seemed to be some miscommunication and he'd be "busy" and I was force to waste time just sitting and waiting for him to get free. After I eventually ordered the car, I heard absolutely nothing for 2 months until I emailed to ask where it was. I was told..."maybe next week and I'll let you know if it gets in earlier!" Two more weeks pass and I write again asking for an honest answer and not being told what he thinks I want to hear. He then wrote back to say it was on the big truck told within the next couple of days (this was a Monday). The car arrived on Wednesday and they asked me to stop by to get the paperwork started but when I went to the dealership, I didn't have the car registration because it's my wife's car and I'd already given them a copy (which they lost) nor did I have the exact mileage so that was another wasted trip. The car was supposedly undergoing a pre-delivery inspection. I return the next day with the missing information, was greeted by another salesman as Jayson was off and told to wait for a business manager and told "it shouldn't be long!" That not long wait was about 45 minutes or so and then I was finally able to meet with "Abe". He was efficient and throrough and we got the paperwork straightened out (now I was approaching the 2 hour mark at the dealership) and was told to pick up the car the next day. When I showed up the next day, Jayson seemed shocked to see me and asked whether I'd gotten his email (I hadn't) saying it might not be until the next day I actually could get the car. I suspect my reaction was enough to get him to push to get me the car that night and after sitting around another hour to hour and a half, I finally got the car and couldn't wait to leave. I dare say this was probably the worse time buying a car at Bernardi Honda that I've ever faced. I was really unimpressed especially considering how I was told how much they valued me as a loyal customer. Heaven forbid if you aren't a loyal customer. Perhaps a new buyer might've gotten better service. The deal I got certainly wasn't spectacular and could've been matched by any Honda dealership but I chose to buy from them because they're almost walking distance from my home. Aside from this convenience factor, I would've bought from another dealership offering a better deal. Never felt the deal I got was anything "special"......... More
Early Bird Found my car online at Bernardi. Drove there the next day. Jayson was my sales rep and he was very patient. They even delivered my car back to Maine a Found my car online at Bernardi. He makes you feel comfortable right from the start. He attended to my every need, listened to what I wanted, and didn't pressure me into anything more. It was nice to finally meet a person in sales who actually knew what he was doing, knew how to do his job, and knew how to give great customer service. I had an amazing car buying experience with Jayson Navarro. Before you leave you then will meet Amanda at the end and she is just as nice and kind. They both work together as a great team and make your new purchase smooth and easy. I definitely will recommend people to go see Jayson at Bernardi Honda. More
