He listened to the issues we had experienced at other dealerships regarding this and he ensured that the entire process was up front and transparent. Jayson also introduced us to his colleague Peter McCormick to assist us and Abe helped with the financing aspects for us. We purchased the car on a Saturday and took delivery of it the following Tuesday. Jayson liaised with us in the intervening period to ensure that the insurance and registration paperwork was completed in a timely manner. When we went to pick up the car Jayson also showed us around maintenance services and also checked in a few days afterwards to ensure everything was going smoothly. Suddenly, reluctantly, choosing a car to replace my Odyssey. I loved my 2001 Odyssey and had no plans to replace it. Not only did they make the numbers work for our budget, but they found the perfect car, located at a sister dealership. Within one day, the car had arrived, been detailed, and when they determined that the tires were not in the best condition, replaced them with 4 brand new Goodyears at no expense to me. I will never buy a car from another dealership. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you guys! More
