We would like to apologize, again, for your experience. Unfortunately the car you were interested in had multiple inquiries in addition to yours. Our normal practice is to notify interested customers if a vehicle has been sold. However, in your situation, the sale was not complete nor did we know if the financial side would be approved. Had the financials been approved, we would have notified you and the others interested in the vehicle of the sale.
