Very Supportive I liked this all new Civic 2016 since I spotted one on high way. It looks so cool. I was looking around when Jayson Navarro saw me in parking lot, he I liked this all new Civic 2016 since I spotted one on high way. It looks so cool. I was looking around when Jayson Navarro saw me in parking lot, he came to me with full passion and very friendly so I started chatting with him. After some general introduction he insist to let me drive around to feel it. I love it even more. When I came in to buy the car a month later, he asked me and my husband both try the car again. Jayson was very patient to answer all questions I had and he also chat with you to know you, he is like a friend rather than just a sales person. The entire paper work process wasn't too smooth because of the misunderstanding between my insurance agent and Bernardi but Jayson was very supportive and proactive to help follow up during the busiest time.
