I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned Audi from Bernardi Honda, and I can't articulate enough how satisfied I am with the experience. Initially, I left a test drive b/c they stated that the cars are priced to sell and they don't negotiate on price. I haven't purchased a pre-owned vehicle for many years, and once I started comparing Bernardi with other competitive dealerships, I realized that this is a common practice these days. More importantly, when I really started to research the specific vehicle, I realized that Bernardi's price was very competitive nationally and actually the price reflected a great deal. As my sales person, Bob McGrath stated, they put a lot of thinking and evaluating into each car when it comes in and they assign a competitive price. I'd also like to highlight Bob's attention to detail and his dedication to helping with every aspect of the purchase, prep and delivery. His efforts went above and beyond. He pre-ordered a replacement part with the Bernadi-owned Audi Natick, made my appointment, and followed up repeatedly to make sure I was satisfied. Most impressive, was him letting me know that he filled the car with a full tank of gas before the car went into detailing. Why? Because he said the pump at a nearby gas station sometimes leaks onto the side of cars....this really made an impression on me. With so many negative impressions these days with various dealerships and dealer groups, I can we why they have the slogan "Bernardi for now; Bernardi for life." More
