I had looked at two very nice Honda Good evening all readers I would love to review my experience at the bernardi dealership in natick Massachusetts. I had looked at two very nice Honda Civic cars. I contacted the staff at bernardi Honda at this location. They set the appointment to test drive with in a few days! There was two civics I was looking at a blue and a black. Couldn't decide but I ended up happily choosing the black Honda Civic coupe! My experience throughout was outstanding! Everyone was helpful and willing to work with me. Tomorrow I'll be headed down to the dealership to pick up my first official 2013 Civic! Thank you bernardi Honda natick ma and thanks to jayson ESP. For easing me and my worries on the unfamiliar roads. I'll put in a good word to my family and friends! More

Bobby Gazza, ask for him specifically, the best Had a recall that needed attention, was in between service intervals and had some other things that needed attention on my '13 Ridgeline...could have Had a recall that needed attention, was in between service intervals and had some other things that needed attention on my '13 Ridgeline...could have been costly but I had a budget I had to work within, Bobby figured out what was a priority and kept me within my budget, he also let me know what was next and a rough time line so I could plan accordingly, working with him made me feel like I was dealing with someone I knew from the neighborhood...not some guy behind a counter trying to separate me from as much of my money as possible...in my opinion Bobby Gazza should be elevated to the next level, whatever that may be, supervisory or training.
