He was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He always took the time to answer all of our questions, and we never felt rushed or pressured. Awesome People! I went to Bernardi Natick to look at a used CR-V that I was interested in, but had other CR-Vs in mind from other dealers as well. I ended up going ba I went to Bernardi Natick to look at a used CR-V that I was interested in, but had other CR-Vs in mind from other dealers as well. I ended up going back to the next morning as soon as Bernardi opened to purchase their CRV because it was a great deal and the customer service was awesome. Tonya stayed after closing with me the night I saw the car and answered all of my questions. This was the one dealership I visited where I felt treated as a person and not just another sale. I tended to get looked over when buying a car because I am a female in my young 20s, and most sales people at other places would not listen to me when I told them what I was or was not looking for. There was a rattling in the car when we test drove it and they had it fixed the next morning for me when I went to sign on the car. A few days later when I went to officially pick up my new vehicle she was also great and super friendly, and was there to help me out in the few days after when I had questions. She was excellent! Walter Garrote treated us like family i went to Bernardi natick after going to a handful of other dealerships. I was terrified of buying a new car. I did lots of research on the bernardi n i went to Bernardi natick after going to a handful of other dealerships. I was terrified of buying a new car. I did lots of research on the bernardi natick website (which is well done and organized) and came in with four or five specific CRVs from the website in mind. My parents came with me and Walter immediately introduced himself and was so willing to help. I just got out of college so I didn't have a big price range. Walter walked us around and showed us each car and let us take our time. I never felt rushed with Walter. He taught me so much about Hondas, Honda certified vehicles, VIN numbers etc. i ended up finding my absolute dream car thanks to Walter and his patience. I am so thankful for Walter and his professionalism, polite and calm demeanor and peppy and kind personality. Out of all the dealerships I went to and all the people I met in the process, Walter was by far the best!! My car made a weird sound when starting it (super common issue and super easy fix thanks to Honda certified coverage) and Adam helped me out and made getting the car serviced very easy. Very knowledgeable department and all friendly! More
