Recall to replace airbag cost me time, money & inconvenience Honda Element recalled for pass side airbag replacement. After replacement dashboard controls for blower, AC and vents did not work. Took car back was Honda Element recalled for pass side airbag replacement. After replacement dashboard controls for blower, AC and vents did not work. Took car back was told this problem was not related to work done to replace airbag. Was told a part would have to be ordered to fix problem but I would have to bring car back and pay for repair. Took car to another - reputable - dealer and had the car checked. They found a disconnected plug for the dash controls after doing a careful search and wiring test. Once they seated the plug correctly all the controls worked. It took them an hour to find this and I was charged $11 This whole experience has left me unsatisfied with how this recall maintenance was handled. This should have never happened and it was left up to me, the customer, to resolve. I will credit the staff for being polite but their unwillingness to take responsibility for the damage to my car - and the time and money it cost me - is very disappointing. More

Best sales woman! I just wanted to take a second to recognize Tanya and the wonderful experience I had leasing my car back in May. This was my second time leasing with I just wanted to take a second to recognize Tanya and the wonderful experience I had leasing my car back in May. This was my second time leasing with Honda but from a different location. From day one, she made the process extremely easy for me and stress free. Tanya is passionate about her job and genuinely has the clients best interest at heart. She was in constant communication with me, updating me on the status of everything. She made sure to follow-up, even when she was not at the office. You get a lot of the same types of sales people at car dealerships, however Tanya is a rare breed and a breath of fresh air as she did not nag me or try to talk me into anything I didn't want to do. Honestly goes a long way in this industry because unfortunately a majority are dishonest. After the tedious part was finished, she made sure my new car was in tip top shape and explained everything in great detail. There were no questions to ask on my end, as she covered everything herself. The entire team at Bernardi of Natick was great and I will definitely be returning when my lease is up. Good Experience I entered the dealership with a list of items I wanted in my new car. I was also exploring options other than Honda, and I had test driven the Toyota I entered the dealership with a list of items I wanted in my new car. I was also exploring options other than Honda, and I had test driven the Toyota RAV4, Mazda Cr 5 and Nissan Rogue. Honda Salesman Walter Garrote and I sat down, went over my list of requirements, and he suggested I drive the CRV. It had the heated leather seats, auto dimming rear view mirror, heated side mirrors, adaptive cruise control, push button start, keyless entry and many more things that were on my list. As soon as I merged onto Route 9 I could feel the pep in the turbo charged 1.8 L 4 cylinder engine. It compared very favorably with the 6 cylinder engine I was accustomed to driving. I purchased the car within a few days. Walter was very professional, knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. He helped me find the car and color combination I wanted. More
