Will definitely return for our next vehicle. Only concerns were you have to finance thru them and cannot get private financing, which was not devulged till we met with the finance person. The only other concern was our finance person needed to be informed by the manager about a lower rate adjustment when we argued that he was incorrect. Overall, much better experience than we ad at other dealers. More

I had been here in the past when I was looking for cars and considering what I wanted. When I went this time I met with Diego and we went over everything from the type of car to whether or not I wanted to lease or buy. Diego was amazing, so helpful and gave me his honest opinion which I really appreciated. He was very calm and helpful, while I was freaking out with my decision haha, he gave me excellent advice for buying as well as leasing. Once I finally made my decision he did all the footwork for me and explained everything in detail which made me extremely relieved. Seeing that the car wouldn't be ready until the following day he even walked me over to the enterprise right next door, where I could rent a car so that I would be able to make it to work the following day. I can't even begin to explain how I went from pure panic to serenity with Diego's help. I couldn't of asked for a more calm and easy experience in my time of chaos of needing a new car.
