I was very anxious because I have not bought a car in over 10 years and I was sad to have to let my car go, but I desperately needed an upgrade. Walter was great! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to negotiate a fair amount on my trade-in. There was no pressure at all; I told him my budget and he showed me cars that were within my price range. I've dealt with other dealerships that try to push you into buying a more expensive car and I did not have to deal with that at all. I feel confident with the purchase I made, I know this car is going to last me just as long, if not longer, than my old one. Mike was great too! Again, no pressure to sign up for extended warranties or contracts that I didn't need. They both genuinely wanted to help, listened to what I wanted and could afford and did not just try to get another sale in and out the door. More

Replaced my Crosstour with a 2016 Honda Pilot My wife and I have bought/leased many cars at this dealership. We know them well, and they us. I was in and out, all paperwork done and contents switched from one car to another, in just about two hours. They are the best, and I highly recommend them in particular as the right people to deal with. and the dealership the best place to do business!! More

I heartily recommend the staff of Bernardi Natick especially Scott & Bobby Gazza in service. I have returned to them for 13 years because they are so good , reliable & honest. In addition the product has proven to be the best in the industry for me over that time frame. I have bought autos over 40 yrs. & Honda is the best! Excellent is their mark! More

Jayson was a wonderful sales person, who was persistent without being intrusive. His upbeat personality is a definite plus. Greg's skillful management is such an asset for this company, always treating the customer with the utmost respect and handling any concerns professionally. Bernardi Honda is so fortunate to have these two people as their employees. Service Department needs some work. I asked for no logos on car and to have lighted running boards installed. Logos were on car and wrong running boards were installed. I had to make appointment to have issues addressed. Greg and Jayson constantly updated me as to where they were in the process. A Plus for their communication skills. It made the experience so much more tolerable. When I financed the car, I got Gap Insurance. I decided by next morning that I didn't want the insurance. Called Mike (finance) to cancel when dealership opened . I also came in at noontime to give deposit and I assumed that new paperwork would need to be signed. He told me everything was taken care of. Needless to say, a few days later I got my first payment due from Credit Union and it was for the amount stated with the Gap Insurance. I spoke with Greg and he told me that Honda would send check to Credit Union and it would come off my principal. It would have been nice it the payment were adjusted correctly. More

Jayson took a very consultative approach right from the beginning, starting from our needs as the customer and working backwards into the sale, which in my experience is the complete opposite of how most approach the sales-customer relationship in the automotive sales industry. He was diagnostic in his approach, discovering where our 'pains' were in terms of what vehicle is right for our family and was able to diagnose and prescribe the right car for us, both in terms of features/amenities but also one that made sense for us economically. We felt comfortable with him right from the start. He is a true advocate for the customer, and what stood out for us most is that he is a person of action....unlike many of his peers in the industry who are all 'talk'. Working with Mike was also a pleasure as well. He, like Jayson was very customer centric and made the buying process frictionless. I would highly recommend this dealership and would seek out both of these guys first. We will certainly be back for our next vehicle. More
