Went in for service, left with a new car! Our 2013 CRV was in need of service and we had discussed updating to a sedan for our current traveling needs. The CRV was excellent for carting all we needed with us but felt we wanted a more comfortable ride. Checked in with Fred who had been our salesman for the CRV 5 years ago. He has been promoted to manager and he set us up with Vadim. We were very impressed with this young man who helped us articulate exactly what we were looking for. We took a test drive in the Accord EX-L and it was all I was looking for. There is always the back and forth negotiating but Vadim and his manager were clearly working to make us happy. Vadim spent the better part of a day with us, went through the many features of the car, was able to answer all our questions.and arranged it so that we could drive off in our new car that afternoon. We returned the next day for our registration. Vadim took the car to be inspected and we were off again, again, he was available to help readjust my seat, answer other questions we had and suggested that we call him with any questions. I will definitely return for service, recommend Bernardi's and Vadim. This is a car I plan to keep for many years to come. More

The staff then told her the payments would be closer to $350 and if she did not take it they would hold her check for two weeks. Tell me do you guys also "lose" the keys for a trade in when the deal is not going well??? Lucky enough she was able to put a stop payment on the check, so to you SCOTT WELLS and the rest of the termites you call a sales staff we survived the experience, but the education lives on DO NOT GO THERE DO NOT GO THERE More

He was warm and friendly and eager to help as I spent hours driving a variety of Honda models over the course of several days. Jayson was informative and straightforward, communicative and available. In the process, I also met with both Scott and Daniel who added helpful and important information about the non-negotiation process and the work done on the car we purchased, such as buying new tires, which improved the value of the car we purchased, compared to a similar car at a competing dealer. We had an excellent and very low stress experience and felt trusting of Jayson and the dealership. We will start with Bernardi when we shop for our next Honda. More
