My awesome experience at Honda I came to buy a new car since mines is old and dying but I met david at the dealership and he decided to help me In finding the car that I wanted. Jayson and Family Walking into a auto dealership has always been a daunting and scary thing to do. However, I felt comfortable and welcomed by the casual setting at Be Walking into a auto dealership has always been a daunting and scary thing to do. However, I felt comfortable and welcomed by the casual setting at Bernardi with the friendly sales people, informal discussion tables and chairs set up like a cafe with the coffe bar in one corner away from the hustle and bustle of the manger's large imposing desk and finance offices. Jayson Navarro greeted us immediately as we entered even though we were 10 minutes early and worked with us for over three hours to finalize a our purchase . He and manager, Jason, made a good team, hovering close just enough to give us a feel of working hard for us, then backing off to give up room to think. I appreciated their upfront attitude without the overbearing slick sales pitch. Jayson and Jason worked as a tag team with collegiality for the dealership as well as for us the customer. Jayson Navarro's enthusiasm and eager to please attitude helped us to decide rather than making us feel rushed. He slowly and meticulously walked me through the specifics when I picked up the car and I appreciate his attention as well as the family feeling he brought by bringing a manager over to congratulate me. Jayson was very knowledgeable, friendly and understood our needs very well. The car color that we wanted was not in stock but Jayson was very quick to find out that the new stock was arriving in a week and he made sure that the color is available in the new stock.
