Even though this was not a large purchase, relatively speaking, our salesperson, Bob McGrath, spent hours with us driving cars and setting up the financing. Bob worked with us to get financing for my son, who is only 18 with no real credit history. The people were all very friendly and helpful and we had a great experience. I already spoke with them about coming back in a few months to by myself a new car. More

I had a great experience with both of my Sales People. I had a very bad experience when I traded my 2014 Honda Civic Lease in for the 2017 Honda Civic, so while I had it in for an oil change and tire rotat I had a very bad experience when I traded my 2014 Honda Civic Lease in for the 2017 Honda Civic, so while I had it in for an oil change and tire rotation, I spoke with Tonya Dryden and explained my problem and she in turn went and spoke to Jason Testagrossa and together they were able to get me out of my problem and put me into something that fit what I wanted in the first place. They were both so fabulous and straight forward about what was taken place and I was happy and could not have asked for better service from anyone else. They were both polite, pleasant, funny, and warm and kind hearted throughout my prior experience. I walked away with my new 2017 Honda Accord Sport, like a kid in a candy store. I could not of been happier. They were the best Sales person, and Sales Manager. I would recommend them to any person walking in there to see them and speak to them about a car. They are number 1 in my book. More

Vadim was very knowledgeable and patient, showing and explaining all of the features of the 2017 Honda CRV. He was not pushy - my boyfriend and I felt like he was just a friend trying to make sure we got the best car for me! He matched the price I have asked for, even trading in my current car to make the process as easy as possible. Vadim was polite, considerate, respectful, and very honest. I trust him and very much felt like he wanted me to have the best experience, get the best car, and be the least stressed in the process. The Bernardi guarantee was an attractive warranty. The finance department was helpful at explaining my options. They worked closely with DCU as I had my own financing. I can’t recommend Vadim and the team at this dealership enough! Was not pushy and allowed me to take my time making a decision. Finance office tried selling some warranties in my opinion a little high- showed a quote I saw for HondaCare and honored that price- no problem. Definitely recommend! More
