Good, no nonsense, until financing came up Bob gave me a good no- nonsense price off the bat. He is eager to please and understood what I wanted. . He didn’t give the no extra warranty cost separately until we asked, clearly trying to hide the total cost in the monthly payments. He was trying to confuse us by implying it was part of the bank’s package. Be aware they want to bamboozle you. Shady! Truck was prepped quickly, all options installed nicely, registered for us and filled up with gas! Bob was out in the pouring rain to put the plates on for us. More
