He spoke with us on both professional and personal topics further building a mutually trusting and respectful platform to conduct business. Matthew was the glue to our entire purchasing process from start to finish. He was very attentive and successfully answered our questions, addressed any concerns, offered continual updates, and outlined all the next steps to be taken. He worked seemlessly with his sales manager, the finance department, service and the registration team to facilitate our purchase process. My wife and I were out of state buyers from CA and Matt was super acomadating rather than writing us off. We had found the car online and Matt was was prompt with answering any questions we had, and helped us understand the logistics of the out of state process. He even picked us up from the airport in our perspective car to test drive it and gave us a tour of the town. He not only got us the best deal possible but never tried to swindle any add ons and was 100% honest, clear and transparent. 960 Honda of Natick 960 Worcester road Natick ma 01760 On Wednesday, July 10th, a representative called me with an interest in repurchasing my Honda Accord Sport 960 Worcester road Natick ma 01760 On Wednesday, July 10th, a representative called me with an interest in repurchasing my Honda Accord Sport 2017 also offering a low rate and payment if I were to trade my vehicle in for a 2019 Honda Acord Sport. I set up an appointment for the following day at 11:30 with......—-I went in looking for a 2019 Honda Acord Sport in red. Ricardo took me to what I was told was a 2019. I signed all the paperwork and and was all set. I was extremely happy with my purchase until I realized a few days later I discovered that I actually purchased a 2018, although my paperwork stated otherwise. I went back and spoke with several management and left with nothing but confusion and wasted time. All in all I had to go back to the dealership three times. To this day, one week later, I do not have the registration for the 2019 Honda I purchased. This dealership is a scam. I was told someone wanted to purchase my car and inevitability sold it to an auction. If I knew that was the case I would have never went to trade in my car in the first place. No. Any question I asked Ricardo and also another representative Mark it was never fully answered and there was no ownership in blame for their mistakes they were made as if they were my fault. No. They held onto the paperwork for the 2019 for three days. I went to get the paperwork today and was given the paperwork for the 2018, again. I was told the paperwork would be processed in the morning and that it would be okay, even in the event I were to be pulled over by the police with a registration for another vehicle I no longer possessed. These employees need to have more honesty and empathy for their customers. I feel as if this experience made me distrust Honda employees and their company as a whole. I would like the district manager to contact me via email or by phone because I was highly dissatisfied with my purchase. I found out today July 18 when they gime the paperwork after 4 days that sold me the Honda Accord 2019 for for 27,556.22 when the car tag said 27,100 plus that was not the deal we make in first place the car the show me first place was mark 22,999.96 so now I’m paying more the I should and I found out today july 19 the 2017 Honda Accord ES that one the I trade in for 16,750 that adverting online they are selling my car for 19,800 they I’m being robbed when I went back on Monday 15 I was requesting my Honda 2017 back but the sold it but was lie they have it in the website don’t buy this car 1hgv1f33ja209848 even in till today no one call me yet to explain ? ? ? Honda was offering me 72 months And the manager Marc makes it at 84 When he did the paperwork making me sing me thinking I was doing the 72 months and them Marc manipulate all paperwork illegally making me re sing every thing again they make all this mess and the no want to fix it don’t go to this dealership in till today im still waiting for the store manager to call me Charles sactith Sean July 10th More
