Our situation was a bit different as we were from several states away. Matt delivered our vehicle to us and never appeared in a rush. He has a very calm demeanor -never seemed stressed in a very busy environment. He spent an hour going through all the features the vehicle has making sure we had a solid understanding of our new pilot. We will definitely be back.
