Unprepared I felt through my time at Bernardi Honda that the dealership was unprepared. My salesman did not know a lot about the vehicle I was test-driving and w I felt through my time at Bernardi Honda that the dealership was unprepared. My salesman did not know a lot about the vehicle I was test-driving and was not able to answer all of my questions. I felt somewhat pushed into buying my vehicle, not being given many options or conversations while my salesman cut off my fiance and my questions. On the day of picking up the vehicle, the car did not start which led us to wait another hour to take home my new car. In addition, there was sand, dirt, fingerprints, etc on the inside of my car when I was assured it had been detailed. Overall, I am happy I got my car but I am unhappy at the persistence and unprofessionalism that I was faced with. More

I recently brought my 2019 Odyssey in for service and am again very satisfied with the service. The service dept. is one of the reasons that we continue to purchase our vehicles from Bernard. I have also never had an issue with the sales dept and, having worked with Scott Wells on many a deal over the years, have always been impressed with his friendliness and professionalism. More
