My Honda was was swerving out of control sporadically on route to work. I called this dealership and was told to come in immediately because they were concerned for my safety. When I arrived shortly thereafter I was told they have no mechanics to take a look at my vehicle. I pleaded for just a quick look at my tire that I felt was slanted, but she said it’s not possible! She said it would take 2 1/2 hours or overnight before it’s looked at!!! Why was I lied to over the phone?! I just hope I make it on my hour ride home from work without an accident!!! More

I was able to tell him my situation and without judgement he made sure I was working within my budget and helped me throughout the entire process. Anthony was my finance expert and was another welcoming presence at this dealership. He was extremely well informed and worked with me based on my circumstance to get the best APR and deal with my credit. He was able to answer my many questions and gave me all the time I needed to do some calculations to determine the best warranty options for me. I appreciated his knowledge and understanding throughout and I got a low APR thanks to him! I still recommend all people doing extensive research into warranty options because I was able to tell Anthony exactly what was best for me without getting any warranties that were unnecessary for me. Friends and family keep telling me I got the best rate despite the chip shortage! I refer them to you guys. Thank you for helping me buy my dream car!!! More
